we stayed in this hotel which was one of the newest of all the branches. Everything was good but it is quite a long trip to Shinjuku and Shibuya and all those trendy places. We loved our stay and would stay again if we want to explore other parts of Japan that is more on the relax side. For first timers we thinks that a hotel closer would be more ideal but great hotel and staffs.

Had a fantastic stay here.
Really good location, close to a train station and right across Yamashita park. Multiple attractions are within walking distance too.
Room itself was spacious, clean and new. Toilet was nicely divided into wet and dry sections, and all toiletries you need are provided (pyjamas too!).
Staff were friendly and helpful, providing brochure and map of yamashita park and Chinatown to help you navigate the area.

The room is very new and clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to a huge park and we can have a walk and run after dinner.

The environment is great, with a private bathroom and shower. The view from the 12th floor is amazing, and sitting on the terrace at sunset is a delight. The location is convenient for transportation to Yokohama from the main station. The breakfast is Western-style, and I personally think the one on the 12th floor is better than the one on the first floor, especially the homemade juice. I love the latte. The staff are very friendly and try hard to understand even when they don't understand the language. It's so cute! This is a highly recommended hotel! It's right by the sea, and Chinatown is a short walk away. The Red House is about a 15-20 minute walk away.

A friend recommended this hotel to me. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly front desk service. It's new and well-located, near a park and with a McDonald's downstairs. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was especially delicious, and the location was excellent, which really put me in a good mood for the day.

I wasn't expecting much from the special hotel deal I booked with my group, but this newly opened hotel is truly amazing! The facilities are brand new, and the rooms, while small, are very comfortable. The view is fantastic, right next to Chinatown.
