From the moment I arrived, I knew this was going to be something special. This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was flawless. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in.
What truly made this hotel stand out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and professional.
If you’re looking for comfort, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back!

Loved everything about this hotel. The public bath was superb. The location is just a walking distance to Mark Is and many things around it. Very convenient and comfort.

호텔은 깨끗하고 쾌적하며 욕실과 화장실이 구별되어 있습니다.
퍼시피코 요코하마에서 열리는 컨퍼런스에 참석하기 좋은 최고의 위치이고 지하철역도 가깝습니다.
주변에 맛있는 음식점도 많아서 저녁에 술한잔하기에도 좋았습니다.
공용목욕탕도 있어서 피로를 풀기에도 참좋았습니다.
세탁실도 별도로 구비되어 있어 세탁하기도 편했습니다.
그리고 조식도 저렴하고 맛있습니다.
요코하마에 또 온다면 또 묶고 싶은 호텔입니다.

위치가 찾기 힘듭니다. 그러나 내부는 가격대비 아주 훌륭하다 생각합니다. 다시 요쿄하마에 간다면 머무를 것입니다. 요코하마역에서 오는 길을 한번 익히면 아주 찾기 쉽습니다.
참고로 요코하마역지하에서 SOGO백화점을 찾아가셔서 거기서 찾아가시면 쉽습니다.
호텔 1층 출입구를 찾지 마시고 2층 출입구를 찾으시면 편하게 찾으실 수 있습니다. YAMAHA빌딩2층입니다.
