So happy to back to this lovely city. Zest Hotel is always being my top priority when visit this special city. The location is very strategic, nearby city, Malioboro, Lempuyangan station etc. Zest Hotel will be your perfect accommodation choice during stay in this city. I was greet by Chacha, Rindi, and Aditya that assist during check in time. They were awesome, understand and know how to make the customer feels like home. Putra also give very quick service when i asking to deliver something to my room. The restaurant was good as always, Eka greet me with warm smile. Well, this is not my first stay at this hotel. And definitely so happy to stay again. The room was good, clean, and tidy. The Room Attendant have great hospitality. On this occasion was so special, since i went with my wife. The service was beyond my imagination, since they give us a memorable surprise in the room. Well we are not asking any special arrangement during reservation, but they did it. So touchfull ;-) Thank you Zest for always being my second home in Jogja and make our vacation more and more than happy ^_^

I think the first things that make this hotel recomended is the location, this hotel near from malioboro and the center city in Yogyakarta you can only walk to reach the malioboro. about the facility its good there are a swimming pool outdoor and clean. And then about room the minus is about the AirConditioner is not quiet so the sound is noise and overall its recomended.

This hotel is very recommended for those who choose a super comfortable 3 star hotel and a jet-king king. Make a photo” just cool too. The Gazebo Garden Restaurant is an interesting and exotic place with an open terrace with a very delicious gourmet menu. There is also the Shinta Garden for regular dinner. There is also Joglo Rama, suitable for company parties, Family memorial, and other events. Oh yes, if dinner here you can get a package with the Ramayana Ballet show held at Amphi-Theater Puraa tour every night. You can check it directly at @ramayanaballetpurawisata. I booked a 5 star hotel to ensure there are the full facilities. When I arrived the pool and gym were under maintenance. I complained to Trip as they and the hotel should inform guests of this when they book. When Trip raised this with the hotel, the hotel refused to offer any level of compensation. So for this reason, they receive a low score. I also told Trip they need to change their T&C’s.

Super hotel with friendly staff who are very accommodating to any requests. This place has nice clean rooms with a very comfy bed. Awesome breakfast is a must inclusion, central location makes it easy to reach sights. This place offers great value, we had an amazing stay.

My brother and I stay for one and half day here, we are from bandung and I driven from bandung to yogya by my self. Since we came to jogja too early at 3am we would like to early check in, we were too tired and wanted to rest of our body. Its fine for us to paid more. But we are not allowed to check in early before 6am. They really strict to the rules of hotel without paying attention to the guest. It such of fools when we waiting until 6am in outside of the hotels. Until I do a negotiation with the FO, like begging to allowed us came to the room at 5am, they said that they scared their manager will angry with them if he allowed us to check in too early. Really such of shame thing, parking is quite small too, the room, its not like standard horison hotel that i ever stayed. If I come back to Yogyakarta again, I extremly will not come back to stayed at this hotel anymore. And I will not recommend this hotel to all of my friend who would like to visits Yogyakarta at all. Disapointed staycation ever had in my entire life.

DRTY DIRTY DIRTY.. LOVE THE MOLD. I have been in Indonesia SinceDec 15, stayed in many Hotels.. some good some bad but as disgusting. total complete lack of care by Staf from ” housekeeping” .. clean sheets really do not help poor condition of room. this goes beyond Housekeeping all the way to top management.. the following words are from the Manager of a Hotel i frequent who was in shock at the photos [2/11, 10:29 AM] Deddy: Where hotel is that? Khas malioboro like that? 😧😧 [2/11, 10:31 AM] Deddy: Sangat sangat tidak bagus.. The location is really good, the room is okay but i had issue with the door, it's hard to close and lock. But anything else was great
