I had an excellent stay at the hotel. With a very affordable price I got such high quality facilities such as hot water, tv with premium channels, super cold AC, comfortable bed, a very strategic location. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and approachable. They made it very easy for me. I’ll definitely going to stay here again in my future trip. Recommended!

Me and family were staying here for 2 nights. Five of us were so happy with the room which was completed with its amenities. The various breakfast was so good. The Gudeg, Omelette, Sunny Side Up, Fried Rice, Chicken Porridge, Strawberry & Manggo Puddings as well as Milky Coffee for accompanying me at night. Thank you so much for the hospitality of the whole team! All the arrangements were satisfying and unforgettable. No doubt, I will visit again in the very near future.

I went with my partner for a holiday for 4 days and 3 nights. The location was good near malioboro, they have a lot of parking space too, but about the room i wont recommend it, i stayed at no.311, the ac was kinda hot for me and the bathroom was quite smelly to so it effect to the whole room especially when i going out for a whole day and came to the room the smell was quite strong for me so it makes me uncomfortable. But all the staff was so welcome and polite maybe because it's a old hotel and i unlucky to have a room like that, i don't know about any other room so i make sure to write a review about my room only.

For a 2 person room with very minimum in-room facility, I feel like the price range is a bit too expensive. The only plus side of this hotel is that the location is indeed near Malioboro street and the staffs are friendly. Other than that, the hotel is a 'meh'. The room is a bit dusty when I first enter it, the bedcovers have spots, and one of the blanket had scratches. The hotel also didn't provide a full basic intenary (slippers, dental kit, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion). For a 420K IDR per night, that's absolutely outrageous (I only got 2 towels, 1 soap, and a little shampoo pack). There's no kettle inside the room, and I only got 2 bottle of mineral waters. I went out until past 3 PM, and my room wasn't cleaned (eventhough I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights)! And the thing that annoys me the most is that there's no phone that allow me to call the receptionist. Instead, they only had this sticker on the wall that contains the hotel WhatsApp number and LINE ID. But even with that, the receptionist didn't pick up my call when I called them to ask for something. I even tried to search their LINE ID, but it said 'this ID doesn't exist' inside the application. Overall, this hotel needs a lot of in-room facilities upgrades.

So happy to back to this lovely city. Zest Hotel is always being my top priority when visit this special city. The location is very strategic, nearby city, Malioboro, Lempuyangan station etc. Zest Hotel will be your perfect accommodation choice during stay in this city. I was greet by Chacha, Rindi, and Aditya that assist during check in time. They were awesome, understand and know how to make the customer feels like home. Putra also give very quick service when i asking to deliver something to my room. The restaurant was good as always, Eka greet me with warm smile. Well, this is not my first stay at this hotel. And definitely so happy to stay again. The room was good, clean, and tidy. The Room Attendant have great hospitality. On this occasion was so special, since i went with my wife. The service was beyond my imagination, since they give us a memorable surprise in the room. Well we are not asking any special arrangement during reservation, but they did it. So touchfull ;-) Thank you Zest for always being my second home in Jogja and make our vacation more and more than happy ^_^

When I get into the room, the room is quite small, what a little shock is that the bathroom is like a boat and a little shiny, the room is a little light, the window is very dim. Unfortunately, if there is a sound in the hallway of the room, it's very shocking inside so it's like awake. Indonesian chain at really competitive prices to stay in destroying its currency door ... Not too badly located near the TUGU monument and walk away from Malioboro, the modern establishment deserves to be reported, pleasant staff, Modern room larger than the average, basic but clean, safe (it is important), small table and chair, bed with a little soft mattress, 2 bottles of water... Paper muffins, wifi ok. Also right bathroom, toothbrushes ...By contrast window store is not really hermetical on the edge lets pass light ...Quiet enough despite street traffic. Buffet breakfast with some Indonesian dishes, egg station, but also fruit, pudding, toasts, butter confection ... A business for Yogya, really low price for the westerns.

The room I stayed in was a quadruple room, with beds on the bed, covered with curtains, a locker with keys, a quilt pillow (all cleaned), air conditioning (air conditioning, no mosquitoes but a thin quilt) Not warm). The service was okay. I don't think the cleaning was a bit slower, because there was still some hair on the floor at the beginning and there were some stains on the bed, snouts and gorden. For the facility, they should have soap but they're not provided and the tissue box is empty, but overall it's good.

The hotel has been renewed recently so everything is very clean. It's a family run business so the staff is very friendly but efficient. The rate is light but service excellent. The location is perfect (walking distance from Mediterranea to have Breakfast, kunch or dinner) and all the other delicious restaurants around. Close from the Sultan palace (Kraton). Friendly night life for backpackers.
