Room and bathroom was dirty, very sorry to see this property was lack of maintenace and cleaning. Shower hose has broke badly but it doesn't replaced for quiet sometimes, bathroom glass wall has so much soap scumm as well as bath wall have visible mold grew. Linen was not seem look so clean as the color was dull. My linen has hole, it is very poor hotel.

Love the room! It was clean, and the cleaning service came daily to clean the room. They gave new water every day. There is a swimming pool too. Always love Zest!

To Malioboro, just walk, just get off from the room. The best! You can go to Malioboro anytime 24 hours without having to take online motorcycle taxis repeatedly, so it's super economical for a family vacation. If you want to go around Jogja, just take a pedicab, there are many from the front of the hotel. The breakfast is very varied and delicious, there are also many kids-friendly menus. The representative swimming pool for children and adults has a partition, clean water, clean shower room. The AC in the room is cold, and the hot water is smooth. There is no water heater in the room, but there is a dispenser in the hallway and in the lobby there is a welcome drink, in the evening there is coffee and tea. The staff are friendly. Next time I go to Jogja, I won't look around anymore, I'll go straight to Amaris.

The room is not soundproof, next to the room hearing the sound of people cultivating is very disturbing. It's not the guest's fault, because it's their personal right. Suggestions for soundproofing the room, there was no TV in the room during my stay.

Strategic location near malioboro, only 500m walk. Near bakpia place. So convenient. Really loved the breakfast, so many variation of foods and drinks and everything is so delicious, and the dining room for breakfast is spacious, we can dine indoor and outdoor. Bedroom and bathroom is tidy and clean. The view from 5th floor is so beautiful. They changed the used towel everyday, and gave new toothbrush, toothpaste, and bottled water everyday. Electric kettle, tea, coffee, and sugar is available in the bedroom. Wifi connection is fast. Everyone is humble and helpful. Very recommended.

Parking area is quiet big for budget hotel. Hotel room is clean. Hot water for shower is good.

PLUS POINTS : - Good Price; - Spacious Room; - Located in the prime area (few mins walking away to Shopping Mall, Platinum Bar) - Breakfast is good (considering its very cheap room rate) MINUS POINTS : - The lady at the front office less hospitable to the guests.. and needs to smile more. - Body Soap in the room looks like a dishwashing liquid 🤨 - Lousy Towel - Stained BedSheet.
