I really like the cleanliness and the hotel vibe. Look exclusive. The room is big and cosy interior. Location very near to malioboro and train station. A lot of street food nearby. I didnt take the breakfast, but lookslike alot of choice. Only lacks the water boiler in the room. But you can get hot water from the dispenser outside the room. Definitely will come back again.!

recomendeed for a budget hotel , just accross the train station , walking distance to malioboro street just 2 minutes from the hotel . but of course it's noisy because of the train station just nearby .

Hotel location is ideal. Railway station close by. Malioboro street walking distance away. Housekeeping is top class. Room is spotlessly clean. Breakfast good.

Nice hotel , room quite good , breakfast not for western travelers. The area (malioboro) is only for local, so nice to have a local experience but you won’t find any western tourist here . Good rooftop

The room is of a good size with comfy bed & clean linens. The food at the breakfast Cafe are superb and abundant with sweet fresh cut fruits like papaya, water melon & green melon, served with their healthy local drink called the Asem Kunyit. My special commendation is that the hotel staffs put a very great effort to return my Jacket which I accidentally left in the dresser in room 1204 last wednesday which I've just received this morniin'... Thank you Guys, you all hv made my stay in Jogja a perfect one...

Overall is good. Location is strategic. cleanliness - the room is clean and neat. the service is good. staff is helpful and good manners. the hotel provided me with handphone charger. the facilities is good. furniture is modern and comfortable. i also take breakfast package. the bread is marvelous. i never eat bread as delicious as at the hotel. so soft and delicious. the rice not so good however. i think need to change to more expensive rice. water is good. the landscape at the dining are is good and i loves it. what i do not like, the price is too expensive. should be a bit lower. but maybe because it is on weekend and peak season.

So far is ok , the air con in the room is a bit noisy, the shower fauchet is a bit loose so adjusting cold and heat is a bit dificult
