Very friendly staff. Location is not perfect but good enough. The pool on the 8th floor is great. Everything was clean and looked good. Room spacious and modern.

The room was clean and the staff were amazing and very accommodating.

The room is relatively new overall. However, there are two issues that affect the experience. The first is that the window of the room we stayed in could not be opened, and the room was a bit stuffy. The second is that the switch of the bedside lamp is in an unreasonable position, and you have to get out of bed to turn off the light.

It is worth recommending. The hotel is clean and sanitary, the service is good, and the location is quite good. There is a street stall next to it that serves very good breakfast. The children said it was the best breakfast they had in Indonesia in the past ten days. Turn left from the main road and it is about 100 meters away. Many locals drove motorcycles to take away the food. I wanted to eat there at noon, but it was only open in the morning.

At night the sound of opening and closing the door is very audible, so when you sleep you are often startled by the sound.

This hotel opened this year, it is relatively new and the service is OK

+ Room is clean, air conditioner is cool, bfast is good, there is an outdoor pool on the rooftoop and gym. Mas Husen and breakfast crew is doing a great job to make sure we have great experience. - the room is not soundproof, you can hear your neighbour loud voice. Floor drainer in the bathroom is not working properly and causing flood when we're showering.

The breakfast is variative. The service from Pak Suyatno and the team were fantastic. The room was comfortable with pillow and bolsters. Although need to train the cleaning service team to be more thorough because in bed still not clean enough. Basically 101 is still ok for 3 stars hotel.

One of the best hotels in Indonesia so far. The breakfast has a great variety, the rooms are spacious + clean and the rooftop pool is amazing. The staff is also very friendly and helps you out with anything you need. We would recommend this hotel and definitely go again.

I love this hotel! From arrival, the security and receptionist was so nice and so helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and soo nice and and comfortable to spend the whole day in! They have super affordable food package with juice for room service, the oxtail soup was so yummy! I was so happy to be staying in and working online inside my room. Breakfast is delicious with so many food options from Indonesian and Western food. They also have so many selections of drinks from infused water to herbal teas and herbal coffees. The whole staff are so helpful and friendly from the security, receptionist all the way to the General Manager. Pak Yatno and other staff also assisted me in the restaurant. I really enjoyed my weekend getaway here, would definitely come back!

Fantastic stay! Highly recommend. Very clean, modern interior and great service. The room was incredibly spacious with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choice. Husen was especially attentive and makes a great latte for the coffee lovers. The breakfast is very rich and probably the best that I try in Yogyakarta. Thanks to Husen, I can try a lot of food like the Telur Iris and the Tempe Goreng. I come from Italy and I drink a very good cappuccino. You can eat differenti type of breakfast, so I stay very good.
