Great hotel, with clean and comfy bedroom. Conveniently located near Malioboro street. Breakfast is also really nice, with a wide selection of things to choose from. There’s also a swimming pool you can use until 7 pm. Best in deal in reasonable price. Recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at Ayaarta Hotel Malioboro! Its proximity to local attractions like Malioboro made exploring super convenient. The industrial design gives it a unique charm, and the rooms are not only clean but also comfortable. The staff deserves a special mention for their politeness and helpfulness. Everything was in great condition during my stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The room was very aesthetic and the breakfast was nice. I had an early activity and a breakfast to go box was available. Thank you for the lovely cake prepared since I checked in during my birthday. I had a wonderful time.

Friendly service, decent location for Malioboro Street. Enjoyed a comfortable,stay. Not too many western style breakfast options.

1 Star rating Not sure where to start... The photos are not representative of the room or views. We booked a superior room with balcony for 5 nights expecting a view over the city from the balcony however the view from the balcony was a concrete wall 1mtr away. It felt like a prison. Upon enquiring why the room was not as expected with the service desk, the excuses arose so I upgraded to a suite for 5 nights as they advised they had one available. On the 2nd night they had made a mistake and we had to move again back to the concrete wall room as they had double booked the suite by error. On the 3rd night we moved again back to the suite which was annoying to have to move 3 times in a 5 night stay. The suite is beside a loud speaker above a mosque. Morning prayer at 4am is relentless so expect zero sleep for at least 30mins assuming you can get back to sleep at 4.30am The staff seemed very unapologetic about the issues we raised and needed basic hospitality training. For the price, I definitely expected far better service than what was received. The food was average and we chose to eat out every meal. Whilst the city is lovely to visit, I will not be staying at this hotel again. 1 star!!

Location was great. Called for room service but reception does not pick up. Room design is excellent.

Great services by counter staffs. So much helpful to our staying. Even arranged packet breakfast for us at 5am in order to catch up 7.30am flight returning to Singapore.👍👍👍
