So happy to back to this lovely city. Zest Hotel is always being my top priority when visit this special city. The location is very strategic, nearby city, Malioboro, Lempuyangan station etc. Zest Hotel will be your perfect accommodation choice during stay in this city. I was greet by Chacha, Rindi, and Aditya that assist during check in time. They were awesome, understand and know how to make the customer feels like home. Putra also give very quick service when i asking to deliver something to my room. The restaurant was good as always, Eka greet me with warm smile. Well, this is not my first stay at this hotel. And definitely so happy to stay again. The room was good, clean, and tidy. The Room Attendant have great hospitality. On this occasion was so special, since i went with my wife. The service was beyond my imagination, since they give us a memorable surprise in the room. Well we are not asking any special arrangement during reservation, but they did it. So touchfull ;-) Thank you Zest for always being my second home in Jogja and make our vacation more and more than happy ^_^

When I get into the room, the room is quite small, what a little shock is that the bathroom is like a boat and a little shiny, the room is a little light, the window is very dim. Unfortunately, if there is a sound in the hallway of the room, it's very shocking inside so it's like awake. By the way, the breakfast is very good for a budget hotel like this, complete, a little more classy than other hotels in Rajasthan at the same price.

I had booked 4 nights (02 Feb 2023 to 06 Feb 2023) at horaios Malioboro hotel. However, I only stayed for 2 nights. I have to checked out 2 nights early because I did not feel Safe and secure to stay to the end of my booking. First night I stay here, there is NO safety deposit box which the hotel advertise on Agoda they have safety deposite box. The next morning, I went down to restaurant for breakfast. One of the staff from FnB looked at most of the time while im having my breakfast. The way that staff looked at me, like im a criminal. The second night of my stay, I released that the room door DOES NOT lock by itself. So, I complained it that night. The front office send a technician to fix it. However, the technician could not fix the lock. The technician suggested to me to lock it manually from inside. I told him what happen im leaving the room? How can I lock it from inside? He Said nothing he can do about it. They dont even thinking to move me to other room. So I have to check out 2 nights early. And No, the hotel DO NOT refund my money for 2 nights. For those who want to book at this (horaios malioboro hotel) better think twice.

Placed at Dagen, part of Malioboro street makes this hotel have an easy access to wherever we desire to go visit in Yogya. Near to the Station was one of the reason I pick this hotel. The team let me have the access to the hotel room in early check-in time. Room was nice and neat. The TV had various channel both local and international. One more great thing is the outdoor area on 5th floor, such cozy to hangout.

We booked this hotel for our family trip. The location opposite Tugu train station and waking distance to malioboro st. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was tasty, very varies and lots of choices. There is a rooftoop bar and pool, if you r lucky will be able to view mt. Merapi. Thank you for the service and hospitality royal malioboro.

I stayed in a Deluxe room, and here's my brief review: The Positive is -the room is spacious once, really big for a small hotel size, the price is even affordable -drinking water facilities, television, phone, closet. Really okay - a thick sponge, and a socket available enough to charge as well as there is a work desk - clean and wide bathrooms - breakfast is pretty good though a bit limited, the place is comfortable even small - strategic location, close to the LPP and the Empire cinema, On Solo Street. - Parking is available enough because there is a basement even though there is no elevator to go upstairs. - eating breakfast until 10am on the embassy too. negative point -the bathroom door uses glass but its sandblast is holding (stained glass), so the active people do in quite visible. -not all rooms have windows especially the back or superior. Don't be shy to ask for the window -the hotel is a bit steep with the stairs, there are even the ramp is also quite steep -can't park with a car because the parking on the street is very limited -staff check in at the beginning is very rude, Luckily the next day is not a jerk Overall, I'm quite satisfied
