We stayed on 14 - 16 february and booked our room with Agoda and the room was a good size, the hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities, so we applaud their environment. The front desk staff were very nice. Especially Heru, who arranged our trips and acted our tour driver . He took us trip to Borobudur , mount Merapi and Prambanan because on as we were not familiar with Yogyakarta. he also helped us to contact and book hotel at bromo , very patient and enthusiastic, emphasized all the details. It was a great pleasure to meet Heru.

We booked the Melia Purosani directly through their website for a number of stays as it provided a good value price which included a 10-minute massage per room booking, a discount on food, and a room upgrade. On our first stay, we were upgraded to a ”Level” room on the sixth floor which came with Level Lounge privileges including afternoon tea. Having re-booked for three separate nights our expectations were that we would receive the same benefits. It seems our first stay involved a better-than-usual upgrade and we were very embarrassed to be turned away from the Level Lounge on our next stay - despite being in a Level Lounge room. Live and learn! The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are well-presented. Reception staff is courteous and helpful, and so too was the concierge at the Level Lounge who ”righted” the embarrassing situation we faced. The gardens and pool area are tropical, leafy, and well-maintained. Wi-Fi was adequate, but not super fast/ The property is within easy walking distance of Jalan Malioboro and other local attractions. I have rated the hotel's less-than-excellent restaurant El Patio separately. Truth be told, service and afternoon tea in the Level Lounge was superior to the restaurant.

Enjoyed stay here throughly. Very pleasant service staff and facilities are all new. Room was really comfortable and everything worked really well. Sofa can be a little old and stained but not a problem cos we don’t sit on it as much. Can’t stay much of the location as we just took a cab everywhere but lots of gojek food options around. Will highly recommend anyone to stay here

This hotel seems to be a building or an old hotel that has been renovated.. 3-storey hotel without elevator and no restaurant. This hotel provides 3 options for breakfast menus that will be delivered to each room, so yes the plus value of ”breakfast in bed” is really.. If anyone who doesn't get out of the room and the clock can we know when we want to be delivered. The food is delicious! ”Worth it” is.. the clean room is not too small even if it looks like it's awake for a long time. And another priority is the building is minimal, modern, modern. So there are some good spots for photos of your social media content. The location is close to the park front and the hotel staff is good.

Nice and comfortable hotel. Spacious lobby and a lot of instagrammable corner. Room is quite big, you can open your luggage easily. there are many hotels that offer a comfortable place to stay but this hotel offers a safe and spacious place to enjoy the beauty of the city of Jogja and comfortable rest when tired after traveling around tourist attractions full of resorts and culinary delights, the point is that it is highly recommended for the completeness of the facilities served and the main thing is that it is very strategically located which makes us cheap when going around town and resorts and the other is the place is close to traditional eating places such as soto in the morning and wet snacks which are very easy to get, basically the needs around the hotel are very comfortable and friendly and no less important close to ring road access

The hotel is unique, I like the design and colorful accessories, the location is good, it's a shame the maintenance isn't good, our room had a drainage smell, when I checked in there was aromatherapy, but after it died the toilet drainage smell started to appear, the hand shower it already needs to be replaced, indeed our room rates are not expensive so don't expect perfect ones. But maintenance must still be considered for the comfort of guests.

Location is excellent, close to many restaurants and a popular area with tourists. Hotel staff were positive and helpful. The problem is lack of maintenance to the fabric of the hotel and some basic problems with proper cleanliness of the rooms! The very wet weather during our stay didn't help and may have explained the presence of a large worm found under the bed late on our first evening!! The next day, with the help of our guide, we had a fundamental discussion about the need to ”deep-clean” the room other wise we would not stay. Thankfully, the hotel rose to the challenge and the rest of our stay was uneventful. Would we stay there again? Possibly, the location is good. However, the hotel needs to invest money in the fabric of the building AND ensure proper cleaning standards are maintained.
