"We recently stayed at this apartment and had a very pleasant experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern furnishings and a comfortable layout. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it convenient for longer stays, and the living area felt bright and welcoming. The location was excellent, close to Hella with shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet still quiet and peaceful at night. The building felt safe and secure, and the management was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value."

"The cabin is located in a field, and the navigation is only 100 meters away. When we arrived, it was almost midnight, and it was difficult to find the entrance. The parking lot is just over 10 meters away, and all the connections are gravel roads. It was the first time to book a hotel with shared bathrooms, and the shared bathrooms felt very clean. The key was placed on the table of common facilities, where I washed up first, and then found our cabin No. 10 according to the map there. There are a total of 12 cabins. There are curtains in the cabins, but not enough to surround a circle. The roof is transparent, which is convenient for watching the stars and the aurora. There is enough heating and electric fans in the room. There are eye masks and earplugs at the head of the bed, but I don’t need them at all. When I woke up in the morning, the sun was shining, but I was not woken up by the sun. It is recommended to stay for one night in the season of the aurora!"

"The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from the public bus stop. They have excellent amenities to keep you involved if it's bad weather outside. Almost never bad weather to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. Food is good, beers are amazing only two options though. Staff is friendly and nice. Enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Thanks"

"💯💯💯 recommend Lindartun Guesthouse! Stayed here for 1 night on 1st October 2024 after our drive to Highlands and got here when it was already dark but i loved the drive to the junction from the main road to the guesthouse. It was pretty dark around the area which we thought we could be lucky for aurora sightings but it was cloudy. Luckily, I asked the owner when was the last aurora sighting at the guesthouse and she immediately opened her laptop and that’s when I found put there’s aurora forecast website in Iceland. She was the one that let us know there’s higher chance to spot aurora on the upcoming friday due to clear sky. Oh btw, for our check-in process, when I first arrived and entered the guesthouse, please take off your shoes by the entrance, and go to reception area infront of the kitchen and take the house phone to call the owner. We booked room no. 5 which cones with a sofa bed and the long toom was so cute and cozy. This is the cutest guesthouse room design among all 13 accoms across the country during our trip. I really loved it a lot as the room was long and spacious. The common dining area was really nice and big which I didn’t really spend time here. But I used the kitchen the next morning to boil hot water and make myself my hot chocolate and instant mushroom soup. Worth my money. Will book again if I visit Iceland again next time! "This hotel is OK, the hotel is easy to find on the roadside, the room is not big and comfortable, very quiet, the water is hot. And the hotel itself has its own restaurant, opens at 5:30 in the evening, breakfast is also justified."
