The lobby is very grand, the surrounding environment is very nice, quiet and clean. But the sanitation in the room is very poor, especially in the bathroom. There are long hairs scattered on the floor. It is obvious that the cleaning staff did not clean the bathroom after the last guest left. In addition, the bathroom glass door and wardrobe door are not clean. The breakfast was even worse, just passable. All in all, this hotel left a bad impression on me

一進房間，地上就有蛐蛐，夜裡蛐蛐還叫聲不斷，一夜沒休息好。其它環境還算可以！設施老了點。蛐蛐就在洗浴間搭窩。

灑店大廳富麗堂皇，訂的標間到酒店給免費升級了景觀房，推開窗户就看見美麗的捺山，送到房間的早餐品種也蠻豐富的，服務也好，是值得入住的酒店！

本來認為選了一個周圍很安靜的酒店，結果早晨4點到處鳥叫~根本無法休息。非常影響睡眠。然後冰箱裏放的2盒牛奶和鵝蛋忘拿了，不知道查房的時候工作人員有沒有看到，也沒有主動聯繫顧客。
