We only stayed for one night. The door lock was broken. The front desk asked us to hang the chain and lock it. The door will be repaired tomorrow! I will check out tomorrow. Who can bear what happens tonight? We are here to check in, not for inspection and acceptance. Didn't you check the facilities in each room before arranging it? ? 3. The underground garage is dirty and damp. Although it is free to park on the roadside, there are many people setting off fireworks around. Fuel vehicles are very dangerous. We parked in the underground garage. It was like a construction site. There was water everywhere and waste decoration materials. I got my shoes dirty when I got off the car. The first impression was simply bad. 4. The front desk service was very bad. We reported all the above problems to the front desk as soon as we checked in, but there was no improvement. I have described the process above. I also hope to find the person in charge when I checked out the next day, hoping to get a satisfactory reply. It has been three days, and no one has replied to WeChat. We booked 4 suites, an average of 600 per suite, which is not the service and treatment that can be given at this price. There are hot spring hotels, other hotels and homestays around. It was my first time to Yizhang, Hunan, and I was accompanied by the elderly and children during the Spring Festival. The rooms at Claire Cultural Hotel are large, well-equipped, clean and hygienic, with a beautiful environment and fresh air. The service attitude is very good, but the quilt is a bit thin and the temperature in the mountains is low.

It takes about ten minutes to walk to the west gate of Mangshan. There are several restaurants downstairs, which meet basic needs. The projector is really not very good. The parking lot and road facilities are not well built. More than half of the project has not been completed. It is desolate and a bit scary. This is the surrounding environment. 2. The main reason why I want to check out is the problem of the room. I don’t know if it’s because of the rainy day. There is a musty smell inside, it is very damp, the window is very small, it is a small window for escape, and the ventilation is very poor. The bathroom is not hygienic. The spider webs in the vents, the store owner should understand it himself. 3. The maintenance of the whole hotel is very poor. The price of more than 400 is very poor. The check-in atmosphere of the hotel makes people feel uneasy. I originally booked two rooms, but in the end I was worried and squeezed into one room with my wife and children. That night, there were more than a dozen rooms on one floor, and it seemed that only 3-4 rooms were checked in. There was really no ghost. 4. Because the hotel is so bad, I asked for a refund and look for a new hotel. But the hotel was unwilling to refund. I understand the spirit of the contract and I have no reason to complain. I just accepted it. After Ctrip customer service intervened, the hotel refunded the second night. (I booked two rooms for two nights). Ctrip's customer service is very polite and considerate, but the business doesn't pay much attention to the customer service. I like the customer service here. 5. Ctrip customer service is good! Mao's restaurant downstairs is good for bacon!
