首先聲明我是這裏的老顧客了，經常一住就是半個月。大家開房前還是要問問空調等設施是不是好的，現在大富豪太多爛設施了，體驗感極差，我昨晚上凌晨開的房間，一進去就睡覺了，空調開着三十熱度，結果早上7點多自然起（被冷醒），一起來還有一股惡臭，早上8.30找酒店理論，老闆説602空調是這樣的，不能調到最高，衹能調到28度內才會熱起來（其實這樣的説辭我已經不是第一次聽見了我還是選擇相信）結果等了兩個多小時還是老樣子，最後服務員來測試又等了一個小時也是老樣，以後大家遇見問題一定要為自己爭取，不然服務方總覺得顧客好忽悠我而且不會重視問題！

酒店環境衞生整潔，住着舒適，房間南北通透兩面朝窗，不僅採光好，還能欣賞窗外城市美景。地理位置也很優越，在主城區繁華地段周邊美食眾多，下樓吃東西很方便。酒店還提供洗衣機給客人免費使用，很貼心。

作為一個多次入住老客户，衹能説這個酒店很沒人情味。因為訂錯日期了，協商在下次非忙時重新入住，對於客户和商户同樣能降低損失的方案，他們一點也不願意協商。多次跟平台溝通以後，商家有進行 50% 的退賠，我覺得一開始這樣做給客户的體驗就完全不一樣，這件事確實影響了我的心情。所以實事求是的表達我的觀點，發生這個事件以後，我發現這個酒店的差評幾乎集中在服務態度，所以對服務態度敏感的客户可能需要謹慎一些。關於優點，就是房間小冬天空調效果好，這是我選擇的原因。但是房間小也是他的缺點，衹能説蘿蔔青菜各有所愛。隔音不好能聽到附近的聲音，晚上環境噪音比較大。其他的地方中規中矩。

酒店的位置非常便利，出行特別方便。周邊也有許多餐廳和購物中心，無論是商務出差還是休閑旅遊，都是一個非常理想的選擇。

房間非常寬敞明亮，設計現代且充滿温馨感。床品超級舒適，讓我一夜好眠。特別值得一提的是，房間內的隔音效果非常好，完全不受外界幹擾。此外，房間內還配備了電視，真是細緻入微，讓人感到賓至如歸。

住的非常舒服，首先是性價比真的很高很高，房間不是很大，但是該有的設備都有，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，這個價格真的沒的説了，然後前台的服務真的超級好，我自己搞錯了發票，小姐姐沒有發一句牢騷，二話不説幫我重新開，為這麼好的服務點贊！

老式的賓館重新裝修了一下，但是廁所那股尿騷味我一開門進去就有，晚上不關廁所門都睡不着，用水沖了都還有，地板有點臟，很多都要收費，一次性毛巾5塊錢，刮鬍刀收費，毛巾黃黃的，有一個床上都有點🩸漬，價格還行
