房間部分設備損壞，無人修理。打電話前台説沒時間，叫自己處理。後來親自下去大堂，才叫人去房間看看，但是最後問題還是沒能解決。攜程網上説有加床，實際酒店是沒有這個服務的。

到附近出遊，入住的是豪華套間房間體驗很差，設施很差，部分設備是壞的，空調不行，沒有暖氣，一晚上冷嗖嗖的。蓋被子，皮膚癢。

房間比較舊，衞生還算可以！不過入住的時候2點過到去，差不多4點才給到房間。一羣人在前台等！我還帶兩個小朋友等着休息。這麼大的酒店這服務真的很失望

因為靠近親戚家，所以，每年大節日，我都會和家人到紅都大酒店住幾天。已經住好多年了，但是，我覺得酒店老闆真是不接受意見的。每次入住酒店，我一家飽受“跳蚤”的啃咬，腳上都是被咬的紅包。每次提醒服務枱人員，要求殺一下蝨子跳蚤，但是，從不改善。春天和秋天，蚊子還特別多。真心話，如果周邊有好點的酒店，我是絕對不會住紅都的。

沒有空調！沒有空調！沒有空調！因為高速路大堵車，最近出口的有房的酒店就這一家了，不得不在這一家住，前台就一個人，排了半天，才開好房，結果房間設施舊不説，地毯上都不乾淨，黑黑硬的像是果殼一樣的東西散落的到處都是，，，房間出風口衹有常温的風，弱，中，強三個檔位，沒有空調暖氣，特別冷，把衣服穿上，被子蓋上，還蓋了衣服，晚上還是好冷，被子太薄了，又沒有什麼工作人員，將就了一晚，凍死了

凌晨下高速入住，可能因為堵車，很多返廣東的自駕旅客入住，前台一度忙不過來，酒店應在關鍵時期增派人手，小孩哭着等了很久，這點不太滿意。好在前台大姐善解人意，先給了房卡讓小孩入住，我再留下來慢慢辦手續。周邊吃的較多，很方便，性價比較高。
