舒適，空調很給力。安全，馬路隔壁就是鄉政府、衞生院，滿滿安全感乾淨，被套都是自家洗曬服務，老闆很熱情，推薦莽山和五指峯，保姆級攻略，還省錢。他們家自己種的高山綠茶，味道很好！！最後一點，便宜實惠舒心！！！

房間設施好，交通比較方便，主人可以聯繫莽山門票，門票有比較大的優惠，很划算，主人對客人旅遊提出了很多比較好的建議

一進門就是一股陰冷撲面而來。熱水器只有60升容量，還是個壞的，燒了一個多鍾結果洗了不到十分鐘就沒有了熱水，衹好洗了個冷水澡，凍得牙齒上下打架。第二天早上出門特地把空調打開沒關，因為房間實在太陰冷，然後交代老闆娘不要進房間。結果等我中午回來，發現空調被人關上了，但是卻房間裏的垃圾桶依舊滿滿沒有清空。而且空調開關是兩節幾乎用不了的電池，很費力才能打開空調。而空調又老又破聲音巨大制熱效果卻差得很。老闆娘還會告訴你讓你到對面去吃飯，千萬別去，不僅貴還吃不飽，最可笑的還會收兩塊錢的碗碟費。莽山是很美，但是這個景區的人，**。外地遊客來如果可以在十幾公裡外的小鎮上住宿，就千萬別住到景區裏來。否則幾十塊錢就能讓你見識到什麼叫做人心險惡。如果你在外面的世界經歷過風浪，那麼這些實在太廉價，不值得。

房間很乾凈整潔，被子有太陽曬過的味道，晚上很安靜，睡得很好。一樓是餐廳，老闆很實在，做的菜分量又多，味道又好。自己開車從西門進的景區，開車進去車不會收錢，又方便，又省了錢，森林公園和五指峯的風景都非常漂亮，聽説夏天莽山還有漂流，很刺激，有機會來漂流，還住你家。

離景區大門挺近兩三公里，房間很寬敞，衞生搞的不錯，老闆很隨便很熱情，還教我們怎麼遊景區省錢省力，價格也實惠。住的很愉快😄
