真沒住過這麼差的酒店，前台服務員也是啥也不管，酒店提前定了去了説不知道沒開房訂單，到後面查到了給開了，你們是怎麼工作的，衞生極其差，特意用的地毯臟成啥樣也看不出來但你們自己不會聞聞房間的味道嗎，床上還有蟲子，拖鞋和牙刷都是之前用過的重新裝袋的，那一次性拖鞋都長黴發臭了，牙刷上有那個牙膏味，誰新的牙膏帶牙膏味的

房間不大，異味很重，面盆裏有幹掉的鼠婦屍體，酒店，洗澡水龍頭老化不好用
門壞了導致門鎖不上九十點種等着維修師傅來修門，排氣扇壞了修不了，第二天沒修，晚上回來找前台説修不了，要個説法，説是從別的房間拆一個安上，然後跟燈連在一條網上，燈亮排氣扇可用，否則不可用
調房補差價差異挺大在有房的基礎上，網上補差價6-9元不等，線下最低30. 第一天的早餐跟第二天的早餐差距也很大，且早餐標價28元，總體來説體驗不好，且對不起他上漲的房價有點欺負消費者

房間是很不錯，很乾凈也很安靜，房間可以看到沂源縣城和螳螂河的大好風景。但是前台的服務實在是不敢恭維，這個不止影響酒店的形象。從攜程定酒店也6年多了，這還是第一個酒店不給開發票的。
