前台那位齊劉海的女士 服務態度相當惡劣，跟其他位前台形成鮮明的對比
每次來這酒店都是3-4晚打底 這次住了十幾天 下午2:56退房的時候要收一個小時的超時費 跟老闆打電話説是我強制要求三點退房 沒見過這麼添油加醋的轉達的，最後跟我來一句：這20塊錢超時費這次送我了（原話哦，我學不會你的添油加醋）
我真懷疑是老闆或者一定是親戚不然這種人怎麼能當前台
