房東老闆娘很好説話，就是太節約用電了，房子還沒到退的時候就沒電了，三十多度高温天氣沒開空調是真難受。

老闆娘服務態度蠻好的，地理位置也很好，缺點就是衞生不怎麼樣，洗漱台的杯子都積灰了，床上還有上一個客人的假睫毛，個人覺得衞生不怎麼樣，被套不知道是不是換一個客人洗一次，不清楚，但我感覺沒有，電視機和電腦是擺設，插頭都沒有，噪聲比較大。
