第一次來益陽，我有幸入住了這家酒店，感覺是一次令人難以忘懷的住宿體驗。從踏入酒店大門的那一刻起，我就被這裏無微不至的服務深深打動。前台工作人員面帶微笑，態度親切，辦理入住手續高效快捷，讓人感受到家的温暖。
酒店的其他服務人員也很禮貌。無論是客房服務還是餐廳服務，每一位員工都很熱情。他們總是能在我需要幫助的時候及時出現，解決我的問題，讓我感到十分安心。特別值得一提的是，這一次我因為行程變動需要調整退房時間，酒店工作人員非但沒有絲毫為難，還主動幫我協調，這種靈活變通、以客為尊的服務態度真是讓人感動。
另外酒店客房寬敞明亮，各項設施簡單實用，比如門口的行李架，上面可掛衣服，放行李，淋浴間還有掛濕衣服的，品舒適柔軟，讓人一躺上去就不想起來。衞生間乾淨整潔，配備的洗漱用品品質也不錯，細節之處盡顯酒店的用心和品味。
總之，這家酒店無論是服務還是設施設備感覺都是很温馨舒適的。

第一次來益陽，第一次住凱里亞德德酒店，感覺還不錯，房價比較親民，停車方便，車位很多，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，房間衞生也很乾凈，免費送的早餐也還可以，酒店還有自助洗衣房，價格不貴但各方面都很方便，好評，好評。

這次來益陽選擇了這家店，第一主要覺得價格合理不到200元，第二是個品牌酒店，進到大堂，有個很大的地球儀，很特別，前台小姐，看到我進去就熱情倒了杯茶，天氣冷，接到那杯熱茶，感覺可暖心了，前台服務真心不錯，酒店估計開業幾年了，看起來有點舊，但是整體整潔衞生，房間也寬敞，牀頭櫃有可調亮度強弱的床頭燈，還配有條小沙發和辦公椅子，東西不多，但房間各項設備覺得很方便實用，住這家酒店總體感受不錯。

來益陽選擇這家酒店，先在網上查看了價格，感覺還能接受，名字好像是國外品牌，一到酒店大門口，就感覺年味很濃的，進到大堂更感覺很温馨，前台很熱情，辦理入住很快，因網上訂的房，沒有早餐，前台特意送了早餐我，很暖心的，真心感覺很不錯！

酒店位置不錯，後面有個免費停車場，停車方便，房間乾淨衞生，早餐品種不多，但味道還好，前台服務比較及時，因有點感冒燒開水喝，和前台説多送瓶水，前台很快通知工作人員送來了，很及時，很滿意。

酒店的前台服務員都很熱情友好，一進酒店就聽到熱烈的歡迎語，大堂乾淨衞生，房間寬敞明亮，後面是個小朋友遊樂場，白天人還不少，晚上很安靜，這次住的樓層比較高，打開窗外感覺空氣清新，環境優美，住着很舒服，早餐比較簡單，但是味道還不錯。
