HHujingyiThe hotel is better than expected. The environment is high-end and tasteful. Anhua black tea and refreshments are provided when you check in. The room is spacious and clean. The ladies at the front desk are very attentive and courteous. The mattress is very comfortable. The duvet and quilt cover are very clean. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas, which is great. The hotel environment is also very good, facing Zishui and the river. The scenery is beautiful.

I stayed in the internal room for many days. I took the initiative to ask not to change the bed linen, but the room was not cleaned (the tissue box on the washstand was open, but the tissue was not put in; the trash bag in the room trash can was changed, but the empty bottles next to it were not taken away; the disposable slippers were not put in until they were asked for every day...) Of course, not all cleaning staff are so sloppy. Later, there was an aunt whose work ID card I took a special photo of. She was quick and talkative, and corrected the previous shortcomings!
Regarding breakfast, I first give a thumbs up to the guy who checked in on the first day. The child was 12 years old, but he was tall. He still took the initiative to adjust it to half price. A few dozen yuan was a small matter. The warm-hearted move added points to the initial impression! In addition, the aunt who cooked noodles was always busy but smiled and was friendly, which made people not annoyed even if they were queuing! Speaking of the service staff at the door of the restaurant, their professionalism and adaptability need to be improved!
In and out of the hotel, from the security guard at the entrance to the staff who looked like managers walking around in the lobby, no one took the initiative to say hello, they all passed by with expressionless faces!
I have said too much, and finally I will silently add another star to encourage you. I hope you will get better and better!

GGuest UserThe experience of staying at Ramada Hotel was perfect, completely subverting my traditional understanding of hotels at the same price. As a business person who travels frequently, I especially appreciate the intelligent design of the hotel that integrates practicality and comfort.
On the day of booking, I received a call from the hotel butler, asking what type of room type and floor I like, whether there are elderly children in the same group, the time to the store, etc., very warm and considerate!
The gym on the 13th floor is an industry benchmark - panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows provide a panoramic view of the city skyline, equipped with smart equipment. The most surprising thing is the warm shower and separate dressing room, which makes the relaxation experience after exercise impeccable.
Another highlight is the exclusive smart laundry room. Special washing and drying. Butler service will also take the initiative to ask about the needs of clothing care, and truly achieve a convenient experience of ”zero worry”.
Next time I travel in the same city, I will still choose here without hesitation!

GGuest UserA very comfortable hotel, a good stay experience. The hotel is high-rise, close to Anhua H Civil Hospital. You can overlook the entire Anhua County from the room. It is clean and hygienic. There is also a good breakfast provided, so you don’t have to go out on the street in the morning. No worries about finding food, there is a parking lot for easy parking, and the service from the lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, answering all your questions! All in all, it’s a good hotel for business trips.
