酒店非常不錯，房間乾淨舒服也很大，有陽台，陽台上可以看到龜峯烏龜形狀。中餐廳點菜味道很好吃，我們點了一個黃燜烏龜真真好吃極了。各位工作人員服務態度極棒。小張幫忙我們拉行李送我們到房間還帶我們去餐廳。非常好的一個酒店。據説今後還要升級成芳草地酒店，非常期待。

酒店位於龜峯山老出口處，後門離神龜迎賓主景點和鎖春洞不遠。園林式景觀環境優美，停車方便。
酒店服務不錯，有免費接送觀光車。房間面積大，設施都比較好。還有浴缸和一次性泡澡袋。此外酒店餐飲也不錯，值得推薦。

地理位置優越，距景區只有100m左右，含景區門票，房間很大，甚至衞生間巨大，有個大浴缸，早餐豐盛，肉蛋水果牛奶咖啡齊全，前台小胡服務好，這個是重點，有什麼合理需求，比如叫車接，送東西，問詢等等，有求必應！酒店的茶室還能看見龜峯，風景美極了！

酒店設施很齊全，擁有健身房、小童遊樂園，書吧等休閑設施，設備先進，環境整潔，遺憾的是滑雪場還未對外營業，；軟件服務方面也很不錯，印象較深的是前台小楊從到停車場的接送到辦理入住的快捷，再到送至房間門口的熱情，全程積極解答我們所提問題，總體來説真的很值得推薦。

房間很乾凈，很大，一家兩大兩小住的也很舒服，冬天去有點冷，開空調還挺給力，房間還可以泡腳，有烘乾機。吃了一頓晚餐，紅燒肉好吃，土豆片好吃 排骨湯好喝，真不錯。

設施:國慶期間特別滿意的一晚，到的比較晚，接駁車接到大堂，前台小姐姐幫忙升級了房間，房間超級大，雙陽台，很乾凈。
服務:
酒店贈送龜峯景區通票2張（含門票遊船接駁車）:
送了兩張龜峯門票，全程爬下來4H，國慶人不多，爬山做滑道做🚢，7歲小朋友爬全程無壓力。
早餐：品類比較豐富，打掃效率高。
