Swimming in the infinity pool is great~ the pool has a 24-hour water circulation, there are not many people and the water is very clear, it is recommended! The room is also very clean, can't find any thorns The hotel implements a butler service. Just ask the butler if you have anything to do. Basic services such as helping with luggage are all in place. All the waiters are greeted with smiles and feel at home.

我們定的三居室，3476元一晚，三個房間，都有問生間，客廳很大，房型很滿意，就是夜裡狗叫，一大早施工6點被吵醒，心情很糟糕，經理解釋了原因，做了補償，態度服務還算滿意！早餐不錯，麪條好吃。

剛開業的時候就來過，環境非常好。夏天有無邊泳池可以帶孩子戲水，冬天可以到屋頂泡温泉看星星。管家也非常貼心，離開的時候還贈送了我們宜興特產的烏米和筍乾。心然別院清凈，不吵鬧，是來宜興山裡避暑的不二之選。

一直想帶家人去宜興度度假，剛好趁端午假期來一場説走就走的旅行，在攜程上找到了這家高端民宿，而且有親子房一大一小兩張床，這個對我們一家三口非常友好，酒店環境也很靈，對得起三個小時的車程。酒店各位服務員的服務態度都非常好，熱情主動，出發前一天酒店客服心然就主動加微信，發送酒店地址和注意事項，還發來了菜單方便提前預訂午飯，12點到了就提前安排了入住，送了歡迎水果，吃好飯下午大堂還有免費的下午茶點，酒店總經理吳總在大堂親自接待，還熱情介紹了酒店特邀的一位宜興紫砂壺工藝師王亞羣老師，以及宜興紫砂壺的悠久歷史，最後挑了一套精品茶具，也算不虛此行了!餐廳外面的景色也很美，還有酒店自家種的楊梅樹可以免費採摘，就是還不夠成熟不夠甜。晚上酒店三樓的空中花園還可以安排温湯泡，提前給客服約好，放好水再通知我們上去泡，在夜空美景下泡熱水澡，實在是人間享受!!晚上前還送了酸奶，第二天早上還幫忙洗了車，服務非常到位，可惜假期太短一天太少了，念念不忘必有迴響，下次一定再去😉

酒店環境非常好，乾淨整潔，整個園區像個小公園，裝修復古風整體感覺很舒適很放鬆。朋友生日去的，提前添加了管家微信，管家幫忙佈置了房間，期間服務特別到位，有求必應，朋友們都非常滿意。
