I expect a certain standard from Holiday Inns and this hotel met all my expectation. Although being located in a new area the hotel is a little alone.

Although it belongs to the InterContinental brand, it is only of average quality. Several pairs of people showed up during registration, and they had to wait for a long time. There were obviously not enough staff. The room was upgraded and the view was great. The towels in the bathroom had a smell and the bed was very comfortable. However, the laundry room was on the first floor, which was very inconvenient and there was no staff to do the laundry.

酒店很乾凈，設施齊全，免費地下車庫也很方便，地上車位也有充電樁，前台服務很好，早餐廳菜品豐富，還有關心小禮物，酒店大堂豪華，外賣機器人送物也很及時，物超所值下次還會再來

酒店比較新，環境不錯，假日期間人流量還是很大，收到了歡迎水果，拿到了最後一床被子，IHG的水準還是在線的。唯一的小缺憾就是留的電話人工服務0一直接不通，不知道是不是假期太忙的原因，其他都是無可挑剔。

服務員的態度比較一般，沒有太多的微笑
開發票和水單的能力需要提升，都開錯了，非要搞兩遍
早餐還是可以的
