Let me talk about a few reasons for my negative review: 1. On the first day we checked in, we were told to upgrade to another villa in the back. It sounds great (actually there are no rooms, I will confirm this later), but this is exactly the beginning of the horror. The villa area is close to the mountain. The sharp and irregular chirping of birds in the middle of the night and early in the morning made it completely impossible to fall asleep. Even though I wore earplugs, I could still hear it clearly. If you are a light sleeper, please consider carefully. 2. The sound insulation in the villa area is very poor, and the sound of opening the door and talking seems to be in your ears. As soon as there was a flushing sound nearby (probably from going to the toilet), my bathroom started to stink, so much so that the smell filled the whole room. 3. Then when we arrived at the villa area, the receptionist told me that the villa area would be closed the next day. The reason was that no one was staying here, and we were told to go back to the main building. Of course we have no objection to this, although it is troublesome to pack the luggage again and again. But here comes something even more infuriating. 4. During breakfast the next day, we repeatedly checked with the front desk to see if there were vacancies. The front desk said there were vacancies, so we returned to pack our luggage. But when I got to the new room, I saw that it had not been cleaned. The cleaning lady said that the guests here just left. It can be confirmed here that the hotel oversold no rooms last night and did not verify the room status. Up until this point, we had found it bearable. Then the cleaning foreman started calling to confirm, but the front desk denied it. The suspected manager on the other side of the phone thought that we were different from the front desk. We might be lying, and it would be nice to just move in anyway. What is there to say (in a super impatient tone), I My family and I also heard it through the cleaning foreman’s cell phone. Before this, we had been waiting for the aunt to clean the room (this is very important for refunding the deposit later). I feel that it is uncomfortable to stay in this hotel now. The more I decide to cancel the room for the next day, the new discomfort becomes here we go again. 5. Check-out was handled by another front desk. The lying front desk was also there and looked at me contemptuously without any intention of coming over to express apology. There's no need to quibble, your hotel will know what's going on just by looking at the surveillance. Another receptionist asked repeatedly what the reason was (I really couldn’t finish it in a few words, so I told you on the platform, otherwise it would delay my travel time), and said that I would send a flower tea to express my apology. Haha, it’s not, it’s a flower. The flower crafts can be called rubbish, which makes me even more angry. To be honest, a five-star souvenir is a must-have. And there is only one copy of the two rooms, and it is also the only one. 6. Then, the angry operation of refunding the deposit came again. When paying the deposit, the front desk said that online payment can be refunded instantly, while cash is slower. Then it was a long time before I checked out, and the room status was still not confirmed, so I had to wait there for a long time (plus the time to pack my luggage and wait for cleaning), I don’t know how to get this five-star rating. of. 7. Now that I have said it, let me finish it. The breakfast check-in aunt, who was alone in front of me, deserted by herself, and was slow, and she actually said to my family: "Wait a while, they will come one by one, don't be in a hurry like you are hungry" He went to eat like a dead ghost reincarnated. Then the situation at the scene was that there was only one person in front. My parents were just queuing and did nothing. They just handed in their cards to register their room numbers. Normal service shouldn't just say, "Can you wait a moment?" Then I went in. There was no usher (I think this is a five-star standard). You had to fight for a seat to eat. It was ok, it was really ok, and I also encountered air-occupied seats. The cleaning lady inside is also pretending to be stupid. I rarely write reviews, especially negative reviews, because I'll forget about it and won't come back again, but this time it was really bad.

The room is really not flattering. The room rate usually rises from 400 to 500 yuan during the National Day to 1,200 yuan. The room is about the same as the Express. The only thing that can be praised about the hotel is its natural environment. It should be said that the scenery outside the room is okay, but the living experience in the room is really poor and the facilities are old and uncomfortable. I found out that the rooms the hotel cooperates with Ctrip are all ordinary rooms. On the day of check-in, I checked that many of them were vacant, but Ctrip tripled the price, which is unreasonable. The conditions of the hotel's own rooms are better than those on the platform.

酒店環境很好，菜品好吃也沒有很貴，面湖的房間景觀好，服務親切，為了泡温泉去的，會及時提供水，毛巾等，水質也比較乾淨，下次可以再來。

寶藏休閑度假酒店！酒店很大分ABC區，A區是主樓，人不多基本就開主樓，B區是小城堡在半山腰，酒店有接駁車。環境很幽靜視線很開闊。酒店的地理位置在山裡，不在市區，但是離周邊很多景點只有10分鐘的車程，超級方便！玩好回酒店休息很是方便，而且路上都沒啥車和行人的，車況非常好！唯一不足是因為山裡沒啥吃飯地方，衹能在酒店餐廳吃飯，稍遠的農家菜也就這樣，還是酒店餐廳做的口味適合江浙滬遊客。酒店園區內還帶温泉（另收費），這次沒體驗，下次再體驗。酒店客房很乾凈，設施還算挺新的。有健身房，棋牌室，小童樂園。客房服務也很好，很為顧客着想提供很多方便。值得再次體驗。

為了避開台風季趕回上海，臨時定了這家酒店。離上一站10分鐘車程。到達時大雨滂沱，酒店體貼升級了房間，避免了在大雨下不同樓間移動的不便。酒店依山傍水，風景很好，第二天放晴周邊可以逛下。雖然又免費加送了温泉體驗券，大雨大風地就沒再去，下次有機會再來。酒店晚餐也不錯，免得風雨中外出覓食了。

這家酒店地理位置自駕便利。房間寬敞明亮，佈置典雅，舒適度高。服務人員態度熱情周到，提供貼心的服務。餐飲美食豐富多樣，口味地道。酒店設施完善，娛樂休閑選擇豐富。總體而言，性價比高，是一次愉快的住宿體驗。
