The front desk was barely functional, the room did not have amenities prepared. I had to ask reception for tooth brush and towels. The did not even clean the room for next day, even though it’s Chinese new year their were barely any people.Breakfast was half done food they had were so unhealthy. Multiple spot of visible dust and sink weren’t even cleaned.

If I came here in summer, I could swim while looking at the Yun Lake in the distance. There are too many complaints. The hotel is really run down. All the facilities are very old. We arrived at night. The lobby lights were less than one-third on. Two drunk people at the front desk slammed the table to change the KTV microphone battery. There was no carpet in the corridor. The cleaning staff pushed the cart and made a loud noise. The breakfast standard was not as high as that of the express hotel. The floor was very sticky, which showed the hygiene.
