Spacious room with high ceiling facing bamboo forest. Hot spring facility is opened only from 1pm to 10pm. Need swim cap if you intend to swim. 5min walk from Bamboo Forest entrance. Nice getaway. Hotel restaurant is lousy, but there's few choices around.

The hotel is in an awesome location. The staff were helpful, but a little sceptical about our bikes.

We had a wonderful time escaping city life here. The hot springs were fun and not too crowded. The location is walking distance to the bamboo forest entrance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was a lack of options for food, especially as a vegetarian. The breakfast buffet was plentiful but packed, go early.

錯峯五一遊，人不是很多，體驗很好。登記的時候看我們帶了個小朋友免費升級了親子房，有工作人員幫我們拿行李帶我們去房間，親子房很寬敞還有個小滑梯，窗户對着竹海景區，景色很好。除了室外一個最大的温泉沒開，其他都開了，小朋友玩的很開心，旁邊還有影視廳健身房小童樂園。在前台可以登記一人一個小牌，晚上5點到6:30可以免費去竹海景區逛一逛。晚餐就在酒店吃的，兩大一小三個菜妥妥的，價格也很實惠。早餐種類挺豐富，退房的時候還送了兩小袋特產烏米，贊一個

幾乎每年都來，這次母親節帶着媽媽姐姐一起來跑泡温泉逛逛竹海，特別要提的是這裏的服務一直是被媽媽誇讚的，從門庭到總枱到客房細節服務都特別滿意，她説下次還會再來，謝謝酒店～～

酒店坐落風景優美的宜興大竹海景區，前面有個美的湖，設施有泳池和温泉可惜泳池説當天22℃。房間給我們做了升級 衞生非常棒。每位服務人員都非常的nice 特別要提一下四樓的服務員非常貼心敬業可惜我不知道她的名字，酒店應該給她優秀服務員獎

很棒的入住體驗！
酒店的設施雖然不算極盡奢華，但每一處細節都透着用心。親子家庭客房佈置得既實用又舒適，尤其是那張大床，軟硬適中，讓人一夜好眠。房間裏的智能燈光和温控系統操作簡單，實實在在地提升了居住的便利性。
健身房和泳池維護得很好，乾淨又安靜，是放鬆身心的好去處，唯一值得改進的地方是泳池的水温有點涼了，下水之前一定要做好熱身運動。
説到服務，這裏的工作人員熱情周到，他們總是面帶微笑，不論是前台的耐心解答，還是客房服務的細緻入微，都能感受到那份真摯與周到。特別是當我們帶着孩子出遊時，他們主動提供了適合小童的飲食菜品，這些貼心的小舉動，讓我們倍感温馨。
提到温泉，那是一大亮點！水質清澈，環境私密又寧靜，泡在裏面一天的疲憊瞬間消散。小童樂園雖不大，但五臟俱全，孩子們在那裡玩得不亦樂乎，安全措施也做得相當到位，讓我們家長很放心。
餐飲方面也是可圈可點，早餐品種豐富，既有當地特色美食，也有西式經典，滿足了全家人的口味。特別推薦他們的招牌菜，食材新鮮，味道地道，每一口都是享受。
至於酒店環境，綠樹環繞，空氣清新，漫步其中，彷彿置身於城市中的綠洲，為整個旅程增添了幾分寧靜與愜意。
總的來説，這次住宿體驗超出了我們的預期，是家庭出遊的不二之選，兼顧品質與服務的優質酒店，值得再次光顧。

當天到的比較早，酒店能夠提前辦理入住，並且給我們免費升級了房型。臨走的時候還給了酒店自釀的楊梅酒，整體入住下來覺得很好，下次還會選擇。小遺憾就是因為節假日，沒有了免費去竹海散步的機會了，但是門票有優惠，雖然價格和網上優惠過的一樣。
環境：對面就是宜興竹海，酒店前面就是一小片湖，景色宜人。酒店還有免費娛樂設施，健身房，游泳池，入住贈送的温泉，温泉就在酒店裡麪，有不同種湯池，開放時間在下午1點到晚上10點
服務：酒店的服務很好，從下車開始就有人服務，看到你在迷茫的時候就會有人上前詢問是否需要幫助。節假日服務不減。早上還有自助早餐，晚上也有收費的自助餐。
設施：雖然設施有一點點老，智能化比較少，但是整體還是不錯，衞生情況挺好。
