這是家用心經營的民宿，不能用星級酒店的標準去要求。
訂房前查詢了評價，這家是差評最少的，而且離善卷洞非常近，就在善卷洞的山腳下，我們到達時天已黑，廚師剛剛下班，周邊沒有飯店不多且春節期間點不到外賣，孩子很累不想再開車出去，老闆得知後親自下廚炒了份蛋炒飯給我們，讓我們很感温暖。
房間適合帶孩子住宿，獨立的茶室不影響需要休息的家人，房間暖氣充足，枕頭貼心的備有兩個，一個是乳膠枕，一個好像有層決明子。房間的插座特別好用。
早餐是自助餐形式，種類和數量都足夠吃，豆漿牛奶粥油條包子雜糧，還有雞蛋蔬菜麪包，特別是麪很好吃。小院子佈置的很漂亮。前台的工作人員像鄰家大姐姐，熱情又耐心。
希望改善的地方也有：浴室冬日有點冷，放衣物的架子太少。房間隔音是民宿的通病。

位置好找，靠近路口有明顯的標識，打掃的挺乾淨，親子套房挺大，早餐有粥餛飩麪條荷包蛋雪菜肉絲澆頭等，味道還不錯，就是熱水需要開一段時間，別的都還可以

閨蜜臨時出行，預訂了超大房間，5個人可以住一起。房間一個榻榻米，一個大床，一個單人床，非常滿意。早餐也很好吃豐盛，好評。

原定的房間比較有格調，但還是空間侷促的一點，店家很友善的幫忙免費做了升級，換了大套；為了我的愛寵選擇了這家，沒讓我失望，一直擔心寵物友好會不會房間有味道或者衞生不過關，結果我多慮了！如果説有什麼需要提升的，就是早餐哦，希望可以略豐富一些呢！

幫我們升級了親子套房，房間很大，女兒很喜歡榻榻米，一個人窩了一晚上。店長服務很熱情，特意告訴我們去善卷洞走哪條路比較近，附近有哪裡好玩，幫我們省了不少力。唯一一個問題就是熱水好像有時段，有時候沒有熱水，但是晚上熱水還是很好的。

設施：民宿步行到善卷洞衹需要幾分鐘。民宿的門口有充電樁，可以有電車的朋友充電，然後民宿自己還有自己的就是食堂。可以在民宿裏吃飯，而且民宿的飯特別的好吃。口味做的非常好，尤其是百合，做的非常糯。
服務：每個房間裏面都貼心的放了宜興的特產紫砂壺主人杯一個，還有宜興黑米。

離善卷洞很近，附近有農家樂，可以摘楊梅等等。門口有停車位，開車過來比較方便。酒店自己有餐廳，可以吃一些本地菜，性價比還可以。總體來説是不錯的
