不是很好的體驗，空調一直髮出刺耳的聲音，打電話去前台，也不派師傅來看一下，就回復換房衹有標間，想想換換麻煩就帶耳機聽音樂睡將就一下吧，然後要睡時床頭的頂頭的射燈怎麼關也關不掉，這燈還無比的明亮，蓋着被子光還能透入，試了N種方法也不奏效，衹好再打前台電話，還好這次來了個維修師傅，師傅非常專業，一陣檢查敲打維修後燈夜滅了 空調也安靜，可以好好入睡了 但時間已經是半夜一點多了

入住酒店，想喝杯茶，看到桌上有茶壺（酒店強調是真紫砂壺），開水龍頭（淋水的力度，約不到5秒），結果壺蓋自動裂開，如實告知酒店，意在希望他們改善提供的服務。結局：酒店通過平台扣款200元説是賠款，理由是洗壞了他們的壺，多次溝通未果，就想問三個問題，①如實知會酒店是為了提醒酒店該改善服務，防止後續此類問題劃破住客的手，如果要耍賴何必多此一舉直接裝傻就好，為什麼這家酒店可以如此不講道理？②酒店通過平台扣款200元，攜程為何沒有聯繫本人而是直接扣款，雖然攜程一向是把酒店方的利益＞消費者利益的，但你們攜程現在連個基本的保護消費者權益的樣子都不裝一下了？③本人對該茶壺200元的價格有疑問，希望酒店提供茶壺採購發票作為價格依據的時候為什麼遭拒，是內部採購價格和對外宣稱存在差異嗎？攜程也表示我的這個要求沒辦法支持我，這麼赤裸裸嗎？

房間空間很大，有沙發床，但做為高檔酒店完全不夠格，小孩踢被，要多要一個棉被，居然要以多床位為理由要加錢，這還不打緊，第二天早餐8:50到，幾乎完全沒東西，要咖啡沒咖啡，小孩要牛奶也沒有，連杯子都沒有，找到餐廳門口的管理，完全沒有服務意識，説她不是廚房的，要客户自己去找廚房要牛奶，前前後後要了10多分鐘，最後自己去廚房要，重點是旁邊站了至少4-5位的餐廳服務生，完全不理會，主要是餐廳入座率衹有不到3成，管理有很嚴重問題，基本上根本沒東西吃，還硬收了兩個小孩的錢，一個人58，後來有個穿灰色襯衫的領導，跟他反應了問題，他也沒處理，也沒來位子上説明狀況，領導都這樣，難怪餐廳管理得一塌糊塗，吃的一肚子的氣，後來直接走人去外面吃，下去退房，反應了這個問題，前台一直笑，估計很多人都有反應，後來把前台經理叫出來，這個經理可能是整間酒店，最有服務意識的，態度好些，但估計酒店餐廳問題，不是她能解決的，餐廳真是大大大差評，強烈不建議去住，沒遇過這麼差的，200多的快捷酒店都比這好些

酒店乾淨衞生舒適，客房寬敞明亮，拉開窗簾能看到對面遠處青山座座。前台服務人員接待温馨周到，大堂經理李芳親自將我們送入客房入住。接待大堂就有紫砂作品的陳列，讓人一下子就感受到了這個城市紫砂文化的氣息。早餐感覺不怎麼五星奢華，但在宜興這個地方應該已經算是最好的了，也算是比較豐富了吧。給好評。

酒店位於丁蜀鎮中心，是當地標準最高的住宿、宴請場所。與宜興最早建成的龍溪公園隔一條街道。距離陶瓷博物館、蜀山南街不遠。大堂金碧輝煌，有當代幾位著名工藝美術大師的工作室。房間面積約50平米，有中央空調和新風系統。二樓餐廳的裝修極具地方特色，吊燈、餐枱、操作枱很養眼。
早餐挺豐富，有黑米、餛飩、燒麥等宜興丁蜀當地食物。
服務熱情，大堂經理小李給升級房間，幫助拿行李到客房，並熱情介紹當地景點，推送位置。

每次來宜興衹認準紫砂賓館，沈美萍經理給我的感覺就像是家人，每次都安排的妥妥貼貼，所以有家人朋友來交給她安排就特別省事省心，酒店環境整潔，停車方便，洗漱用品質量都很好，酒店的早餐也是特別豐富，同價格酒店還是首選紫砂賓館
