入住這個賓館，讓人最不爽的就是保潔阿姨，本人基本上是從不給差評的，但是今天必須的安排一個，要不然心裏實在不平衡
環境一般般吧，設施設備也比較陳舊，看起來是有些年頭了，畢竟價格在那，就不能多去要求了

房間很大，採光也很好，位置也很好，在一個購物廣場裏，旁邊就是一個大型公園，門口有停車場和公交站，有直達高鐵站的公交，並且有去機場的車。
ps:老闆很熱情，身份證忘在賓館了，當天就給寄出來了，再次感謝。

房間很破舊，中央空調壞的，口子是全是發黴污漬（另裝了分體式空調），淋浴門是壞的，掛花灑的桿子是斷的，上面還留有不知道是什麼年月的牙刷，被子上很大的污垢（被套床單不乾淨），窗簾都有掉下部分的，地面也是不乾淨（留有很多之前住過的東西），房間門安全鎖是斷的。
唯一的優點就是價格很卷和地段還不錯。這是我至今最讓我抓狂的一次入住體驗。

基本功能全都有，網絡也非常快捷，從不卡殼，也經受住了昨晚的十幾級颱風的考驗，車子停在路邊也是安全的。總之是比較放心的地方。

出差，本來想着住河邊近一點，早晨出去逛一下，但是住的當天下雨了，也沒有出去，但是周邊還是比較方便的吃飯和奶茶都有。

大夏天，高温天氣，，房內空調不製冷，開始我以為衹是製冷慢，等它打了兩個小時沒一點變化，空調正下方稍微有點冷風，但有個屁用，房間還是熱的，洗完澡身上又是一身汗，，還不如風扇的風，，我就不明白了，夏天高温，什麼都能差，為啥偏偏要搞個不製冷德空調在那！！
