Hotel is really tired. Smell and shabbiness made us to move in another hotel. For economy stay is a good option I guess. But for me it wasn't inviting.

I'm very happy here. The staff are friendly. The hotel is maintained very well. The in-room Wifi internet connection is excellent.

Very well placed. Accept foreigners. The bus to the city center costs just 1 yuan and it is in front of the longbeishan forest park that is beautiful. Not far from Natural forest park too. Very good location to walk/hike in nature. Confortable too

五一人有點多，辦理入住等了一會兒，房間可以自己選，還送了水果酸奶。選的房間雖然臨街，但晚上很安靜。大小中等，乾淨衞生無煙味，佈局還是花了心思的。早餐區域在一樓大堂，地方比較小，人多會有影響，好在補貨很快，品種也是蠻多的。

訂的房間不大，服務很好，給免費升了房。前台服務不錯，天天送水果。衞生馬馬虎虎但是可以住。距離龍背山很近很方便。

前年曾經住過歙縣宜必思酒店，對他家的服務、設施都留下了極好的印象。這次去宜興也訂了龍背山的宜必思酒店。我們到酒店已經近晚上九點了，雙床房衹剩走廊盡頭的房間了，我一直對走廊盡頭的房間有點發怵，看看大床房還挺多的，無奈之下就想換成大床房，結果前台服務員帶着一點不屑的神情告知，我們沒有資格升級房間，我當場拿出攜程的客房介紹給前台看，雙床房的價格和高級大床房是一樣的，根本不存在升級的事情，前台服務員一陣尷尬後，給了二間大床房。進了客房後才發現我們住的是普通大床房，價格比我們訂的雙床房還便宜。實在不明白前台服務員為啥一而再、再而三地欺騙我們？憑心而論，酒店的客房除了稍微小一點，衞生狀況還是很好的，客房服務員也很和善，早飯也很豐富，對得起這個房價，但是這個前台服務員的不誠信作為，活生生地毀了酒店的形象！
