附近環境不錯，後面就是一條河，河邊有綠道，過來出差，有時候出去走走，其實很舒服。性價比到位。老闆人不錯。好溝通。

位置優越，在市中心。位置在一個小區的門面房上面，臨近小區、靠北的房間不吵。設施比較舊了，但是打掃的很乾凈，性價比可以的。
