Yixing Yaohu Hotel

It was the first time I took my 2-year-old child out to Yaohu Town. I chose to stay one night at the Yaohu Hotel in the scenic area. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was newly opened last year and all the facilities are very new. Before I checked in, a staff member had already contacted me in advance to start his service. Special thanks to the assistant lobby manager, Manager Gu Yanggu, for taking care of everything before I even arrived. He also gave me an overview of other nearby scenic spots when I arrived. After the hotel, he accompanied me throughout the check-in process and sent me to the room. During this period, he also answered all my questions. My first impression of the hotel was great! The breakfast at the hotel is also very rich. If you stay in the hotel, you will get tickets to the scenic spots. It is worth mentioning that the water park in the town is worth mentioning. You can buy a hotel package including the water park. We went during the off-peak period after the Mid-Autumn Festival and the venue was reserved! ! It's so cool. There are two indoor and outdoor water parks, which are more suitable for older babies. There are also projects suitable for adults such as large speakers. In short, it's great value for money. The scenic spot is still under development. I will come back when the town's business format becomes more complete!

先説優點： 1、因為是新開的酒店，設施都比較新，客房走廊很寬闊，客房的空間也比較大。 2、浴室空間大，雙台盆，花灑出水大，洗澡非常舒服。 3、服務人員都比較主動熱情。 4、早餐種類比較豐富，味道也不錯。 5、住店可以直通窯湖小鎮，無限次出入，蠻方便的，也可以坐電瓶車直達小鎮的遊客服務中心。還贈送了煙花專列的車票，開到固定的地點會停留5分鐘看煙花和龍形水秀，很棒。 再説幾個槽點： 1、浴室的設計大無語。浴室跟客房之間是沒有門的，洗澡、上廁所沒法關門；浴室和房間之間有一面牆是鏤空的，牆上是一面鏡子，也有百葉簾，但，百葉簾放下的話，化粧鏡也被遮住了（圖5）；馬桶和淋浴面對面兩個大玻璃房（圖6），如果一人洗澡時一人要上廁所，就是赤裸裸面對面乾瞪眼（大概這個大床房設計初衷是單人間？）。我們定的是陽台大床房，不知道雙床房、家庭房的佈局如何。 2、軟服務有待提升。我們辦理入住時，説了是來過生日的，前台説會送一個小蛋糕，但一直到退房，也沒送過。 3、用餐選擇不夠豐富。小鎮裏飯店評價都不高，開車出去起碼3公里以外才有飯店。酒店三個餐廳，西施廳晚上自助餐不開，笑櫻全是包間，只有思亭一個選擇，位子不算多，服務員也不多，很多菜也沒有了。

入住的時候前台小姐姐很可愛，對注意事項提醒的很到位詳細，其他的工作人員服務也很主動很貼心會，看你一臉茫然的時候會主動詢問是否需要幫助！贊！酒店內部也很棒，所有設施都很齊全很漂亮！有機會下次來窯湖還會住這裏！
