The hotel is located in Yangxian Tourist Resort, Yixing. The location and hotel quality are very good! The hotel is very large, with beautiful mountains and water. It is completely a park. You can really spend your vacation there with peace of mind. We arrived at the hotel late on the first day. In the night, we only saw the lights of Building 1 by the lake, which was bright and magnificent like a palace. There was also a waterfall made of lights on the hills in the lake. Because we were in a hurry to check in with the elderly, it was a pity that we couldn't take pictures of these night scenes. We stayed in a garden-view two-bedroom suite, each with an independent bathroom, so that young people and the elderly can not disturb each other. The room is large, clean, tidy and quiet, which is very suitable for the elderly to rest. The bathroom facilities are advanced and easy to use. The smart toilet lid is also linked to the bathroom door. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, I could see the theme garden outside the window. It was amazing! There are supporting facilities such as parent-child amusement parks, horse farms, open-air movies, etc. in the hotel park, as well as the villa area on the ridge. The hotel has a shuttle bus to pick up. You can stroll around the park at will, and there are scenes everywhere, and every shot is a blockbuster. Yaohu Town, a popular online attraction, and Longchi Mountain Bicycle Park are nearby. It is very close by car, almost across the street. This was a very pleasant and wonderful travel experience. On the second night, the buffet started about 30 minutes ago, and the skewers, chicken wings, etc. were all cold, the roast beef was too old, and the black pepper sauce was simply salty. The fire of the hot pot was an alcohol lamp. The soup in the pot never boiled during the whole meal. There were no hot pot seasonings. There was no sesame paste, shacha sauce, etc. There were only vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste and other condiments. For breakfast on the last day, the paper cups for ice cream next to the ice cream truck were gone. I asked the waiter at the fruit bar next to it for more, and he said, "Sorry, there are no more ice cream cups." I was so angry that I laughed. Who trained this kind of service concept? How many guests are staying in the hotel? It's okay that the hotel is not well prepared, but can't they help the guests find solutions? The ice cream paper cups are used up. Do you have other paper cups? Otherwise, do you have bowls in the kitchen? Just saying that there are no more, it's still meal time. Does it mean that the guests behind don't want to eat? The auntie who collects the plates is also very diligent. She is still sitting. If she sees that your plate is empty, she will collect it. Then you collect the plates, but leave the chopsticks. You have taken away everything. Are you chasing guests away? Table manners need some training. I had to eat without my chopsticks being placed horizontally. Otherwise, it would give people a bad impression.

The hotel covers a very large area, and there are many activities for children and adults to enjoy. The Chinese restaurant serves delicious food. The hotel provides 24-hour shuttle electric car service, so you basically don't have to wait. All the hotel staff are very proactive, enthusiastic and thoughtful, especially the customer service representative Chen Xia. In short, I was very satisfied with this trip and will definitely come again when I have time.

We experienced clay art, kite flying, and real-life CS. You can also buy fireworks at night, and there are also horseback riding, barbecue, and water sports for a fee. There are many activities, you can play for two days, and the scenery is also very good. I was originally planning to go to Longchi Mountain Bicycle Park but didn't go. The hotel breakfast is very rich, the Chinese set meal is also very large, and the taste is also good. It is basically not crowded during the Qingming Festival. Adults can enjoy the scenery leisurely and children can play freely. It is highly recommended for families with children.
