房間是真的小，這個和我們訂的房型有關係。但是作為一個四星級酒店，這個房間真的有點説不過去。周圍環境還是不錯的。

環境很棒，酒店後方還有步道，周邊農家樂很多，離張公洞很近，服務人員熱情，早餐品種不多，但整體入住體驗良好。

房間隔音效果很差，晚上樓下KTV的聲音，樓上樓下的説話聲走廊的聲音都很吵！
感覺酒店設施比較老，淋浴下水也不好，總之很一般。
早餐也很差

環境還是不錯的，但明明我訂的房型有自助早餐，衹因入住人少工作人員就沒準備，前台去廚房催了才匆忙準備一人一份白粥包子，包子還是冷的🙃

這個酒店服務出乎意料的差，首先我們提前半個月訂房，10月4號入住，期間沒有任何交流或短訊提醒，到店辦理入住時，大人抱着孩子在睡覺，前面幾個人辦理入住非常雜亂無章的感覺，可能因為我們説了句掃門鈴碼的時候為什麼不看行程碼非要一遍遍要，到後面房卡給我們前台一句話也不説，我們找不到電梯在那邊詢問也沒人理，不得已大聲到所有顧客都朝我們看的時候前台才告訴我們電梯在哪裡。我出來旅遊10年都沒遇到過這樣的服務，這個服務不值我花1000塊錢，500都嫌多，不如去住連鎖了。電視還是老式的模擬電視，沒有網絡電視，周圍沒有配套設施，外賣也沒有，早餐還行。

到前台給了免費升級，房間面對山景，非常美。外圍空氣清新，很安靜，也很美。酒店早餐也豐富，大人小孩吃的都很不錯。聽説小童樂園和湯泉都在規劃中，很快就要開放了。還會再來，非常推薦親子旅遊

房間整潔乾淨，設施設備安全可靠。服務態度很好。酒店整體的環境優美，真的是鳥語花香。特別是婚禮草坪真的是太美了，又大又綠在上面走走真是太美了。酒店的湯泉也是一個很不錯的休閑去處。環境優美，佈局合理，綠化到位。
