The Cloud Valley

Excellent hotel, several light luxury homestays have recently opened in Yixing and Liyang, but after staying here, I feel that Lanyun Valley is definitely my favorite. Just because of the huge infinity pool, swimming is so cool that you can soak in it all day. The surrounding environment is also very good, just under the cliff at the foot of the mountain, with lush bamboo forests, and there are ancient trails to climb behind the mountain, and it is also very close to the Youche Reservoir. The service of the hotel is also very considerate. The masters who pick up and drop off the vehicles and the receptionists at the front desk are very attentive. The food and beverage products are also quite good. It is definitely worth a few checks. Those who want to escape the summer heat can check it out.

The environment is really quiet and private, the area is large, the landscaping is well done, and the most important service is great. Liao Xiaojiang and Xiaozhang at the front desk are thoughtful, enthusiastic and proactive. I will go there often in the future!

Not bad, quite good, the hotel environment is quite good, this time I stayed in the Cliff Suite, the train room is also very unique, the view is superb, I won't get tired of staying for a week

The most impressive thing about Lanyun Valley is the lady at the time of check-in (sorry I didn’t remember the name). She also came to support us when we checked out and drove us to the parking lot. It was raining heavily at the time, and she was still very dedicated to provide luggage service in the rain ( This point shows her sincere service) should also be the most inconvenient place; lap parking is not enough space, if the place is big enough, I don’t know why the staff has to bother the staff, of course it is also inconvenient for the guests who come in and out; the idea is good but impractical , especially when it rains

This kind of decoration craftsmanship should not appear in a hotel of this price. Glass glue everywhere and not cleaned up. There was hair on the carpet. The cabinet is full of dust. The external environment is very good, but the hotel's catering is not good.
