Hotels in Xiuhu Plaza and Downtown, Yiwu

The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly, but they didn't speak English and were sometimes unwilling to help. For instance, they refused to help me heat my food in the microwave. Additionally, you have to carry your own luggage as the hotel staff does not assist with it. Location is great, no doubts.

This hotel is in center of Yiwu and close to night market, many restaurants around the hotel, 15 minutes walking to Futian market and 5 minutes driving by car . Stuff very helpful, very kind 🙏. Hotel is very clean . Breakfast is very good and can find the various European and Asian food. Rooms services available 24hours .I like to thanks to Ms. Will , hotel assistant manager for her help, upgrade to luxury room for free. Definitely I coming back soon👍.

The room is clean, the sanitary hall is large, transportation is very convenient, there is a commercial street nearby, the waiter is very polite, the service attitude is very good, and a small gift is given💝

This hotel is definitely a premium one, from the greeting at the entrance by a very friendly and outgoing male receptionist at the first floor to lovely female receptionist on the 22 floor. Although, the check in time was about forty minutes wait the staff regularly updated us on the situation of the room so this made the wait time easier. Also, the hotel is located in a prime area with easy access to malls, restaurants and other fast food brands. The room was modern, with a unique layout. The amenities from TV, to bathtub, smart toilet, curtains, and lights were also functional and easy to use. The bathtub was spacious, which provided for lots of comfort and space to move for someone with a larger body frame. Additionally, the toilet and bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. Other than the room the hotel has spa, bar, restaurant, and Cafe services. Breakfast was top-notch, with many Western and Chinese dishes to pick from. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and loved that we were able to enjoy dishes from around the world. All in all, lovely hotel that depicts premium in staff, location, room, and food.

A very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night. The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them. The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day. A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day. The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities. Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

Lovely clean hotel with many smart features. Vanity mirror lights were a nice touch as well as heated toilet seat and automatic flush, automatic curtains. I also appreciated the USB charging points extra cables and space to hang your clothes. The beds are very comfortable. The location was about a 10 min drive to the Yiwu markets but longer in peak hour. Reasonable breakfast if you like Chinese food. The staff especially the hotel man were very helpful. The laundry and gym were convenient to have there but the gym is only open 10am to 10pm due to it being next to some of the guest rooms and there being concern about making too much noise. After about 8pm the gym is locked and you need to ask front desk to get it unlocked. Also if you are gym goer you would possibly like to go early on the morning but that it not an option! Overall though a pleasant, good value for money stay.

I have to mention the wash basin in the room. The water from washing your face and brushing your teeth will get on your body. Such a long water pipe will affect brushing your teeth and washing your face. This design is very strange after staying in so many hotels. In addition, the sound insulation in the room is very poor. I was woken up by the laughter and shouting from the neighbors in the middle of the night. However, the breakfast is quite rich and tastes good, and the fruit is fresh.

Room not really cleaned and real hassle to access the Internet because you need to access a third party service . Not really suitable for foreigners .

The hotel room is very new and the equipment and facilities are excellent! I like the decoration style very much. The breakfast is delicious. The freshly made wontons are delicious. The service from the beautiful lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Coffee was given. It's also very convenient to eat around. Very recommended!

This time I came to Yiwu on a business trip, and the experience of staying at Fairfield by Marriott was a pleasant surprise! As soon as I stepped into the room, the clean environment was eye-catching. Every corner was spotless, and it was obvious that the hotel was very attentive to sanitation maintenance. The bed was just the right hardness. When checking in, the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. Not only did they handle the procedures quickly, but they also patiently recommended several authentic food stores around according to my taste preferences, allowing me to taste the local specialties and feel the fireworks of this city. The hotel's location is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation around, and it is easy to get to the city center or various attractions. This stay experience is perfect. Next time I come to Yiwu, I will definitely choose Fairfield by Marriott!
