Nice cosy room but the room is very basic. The pic from the site is very well polished. I am not saying that the reality is totally different. It is looking old but it is functional. I slept really well in the room and they have nice proper breakfast spread with delicious noodle soup.

With a pleasant surprise, I opened the fridge door to find a surprisingly wide selection: Coca-Cola, Sprite, sparkling water (like Perrier), mineral water, and even a nostalgic childhood favorite, AD Calcium Milk – truly something for everyone. I grabbed my go-to Coca-Cola; a sip of its refreshing bubbles instantly chased away the summer heat. What impressed me even more was how thoughtful the owner was: it seemed they were afraid customers might *miss* the free drinks. Everywhere, from notes on the order slips to stickers on the fridge, continuously highlighted this fantastic perk. Sipping my free drink, I took a moment to appreciate the store itself. The environment was clean and comfortable, with a simple yet inviting decor that made me feel instantly relaxed. The staff were equally impressive, offering warm and attentive service, always with bright smiles. It truly gave a 'home away from home' feeling as soon as I walked in. Naturally, dining in such an atmosphere made the whole experience incredibly pleasant. Later, chatting with the owner, I learned that his free drink initiative wasn't a gimmick. He genuinely wanted to offer customers a better experience. He shared, 'Running a business shouldn't just be about chasing profits; customer satisfaction is what truly matters. While free drinks do add a bit to our costs, the goodwill and positive word-of-mouth they generate are priceless – something money simply can't buy.' These words filled me with deep respect for him. And indeed, the owner's generosity and thoughtfulness have clearly paid off. During my visit, there was a steady stream of customers, all happily enjoying their food while making the most of the free drinks, their faces radiating satisfaction. It's easy to imagine that once such positive word-of-mouth spreads, this store's business will only continue to flourish. With just this small gesture of free drinks, this store has truly won over its customers. This hotel is great! The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable and soft. The service staff Coco is warm and thoughtful, which makes people feel like a spring breeze. I really like the Holly and Inn in Yiwu Jiangdong Convention and Exhibition Center. Its decoration style is different from those business hotels. The experience of staying in this B&B is very good. It makes people feel at ease, safe and comfortable. Breakfast and supper can be delivered to the room if needed. It is very warm, the hygiene and service are quite good. The atmosphere in the lobby is great, making people feel like they are back home. It is very considerate and the stay is very pleasant. It is very convenient to travel and eat. Next time I come to Yiwu, I will choose Holly and Inn. It is worth recommending. 👍👍👍

The attentive and enthusiastic service of the hotel front desk lady makes people feel at home. All the staff are extremely well-educated and provide considerate service! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the environment is beautiful and comfortable. The hotel also provides a rich and delicious breakfast, with fresh and nutritious dishes that can quickly replenish energy! For such a high-standard hotel, the price is very affordable and very cost-effective compared to other hotels! It can be said to be the first choice for business travelers! Next time I have the opportunity to come to Yiwu, Tianbai Hotel will still be my best choice!

Seeing that it's a newly opened hotel in 2025, I naturally expected the facilities to be excellent. And for the most part, that was true – the facilities are indeed very new, and the service was largely up to par. However, it still felt like they weren't quite ready to open: 1. The previous guest's empty toothpaste tube was still on the floor (definitely not mine, as I always bring my own toiletries). I'm not sure how such an obvious piece of trash could have been overlooked by housekeeping. 2. Initially, there was a strange metallic knocking sound coming from the AC vent. However, after the staff confirmed the issue, they promptly moved me to a different room. 3. What's truly perplexing is why they would open for business without stocking essential items like hand soap or liquid wash. For most guests, washing their hands upon entering the room is a fundamental part of basic hygiene.

The hotel is old and the shower head is a bit leaky. The big bathtub is very popular with kids. Remember to bring your own plastic bag for the bathtub. The hotel charges 15 yuan for each. Good parking. The soundproofing is a bit bad. There is constant sound of mahjong next door. But the breakfast buffet is really good. The shopping district is very close. KFC and Luckin are just across the road.

The hotel enjoys a superior location and convenient transportation. The front desk receptionist was warm and thoughtful, check-in was quick, and the service staff were smiling and friendly. The room is elegantly decorated, clean, spacious and bright, with good sound insulation, soft and comfortable beds, complete facilities, and super cost-effective. It is also equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron. The hotel provides rich and varied breakfasts. The location is also very convenient. The night market and the International Trade City are very close. It is very convenient. Recommended to stay
