It was a hurried evening. I had just arrived at Pudong Airport from abroad. Due to the effects of exhaustion and jet lag, I accidentally left a suitcase containing important documents and personal items on the luggage conveyor belt while collecting my luggage. When I realized that my luggage was missing, I had left the airport and was ready to rest in your hotel. In the face of this sudden situation, I felt very anxious and helpless, after all, the items in my luggage were very important to me.
In desperation, I tried to ask the hotel front desk for help. To my surprise, the staff at the front desk not only showed no slight slackness, but immediately showed a high level of responsibility and professionalism. They were quick to get in touch with the airport and asked in detail about the characteristics of my luggage and where it was lost. While waiting for a response, the staff also carefully prepared a place for me to take a break and reassured me not to worry too much and that they would do their utmost to assist me in retrieving my luggage.
After hours of effort and coordination, good news finally came from the hotel: my luggage had been found by the airport staff and would be returned to the hotel as soon as possible. Hearing the news, my hanging heart finally let go. When the luggage was returned to my room intact, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel staff. Not only did they help me get my luggage back, but they also provided me with an unforgettable service experience.
