It considers one of the bad experiences in Yiwu city. I actually ordered guest room with big distance, unlucky the two options I saw them was bad and smelly. Then they provided one small room which was not match my order. The room was not clean well but a bit better than previous in terms of of smell. I asked them to refund the remaining of cost as they provided small one. They refused but the reception girl served me by cup of mango juice to make me calm down. I do appreciate for the this invitation. However, the customer needs good and clean room with good environment which should be match for what we ordered from website. The breakfast was average with low variety of food. In short, I don’t recommend it for anyone special foreigner who love nice and international selection of foods.

It was a pleasant stay. It was easy to reach market but the food was not good. Location is very good have kfc next to it. Would recommend to someone who can avoid breakfast.

Is an old hotel , not very clean , the breakfast is start on 7am but they didn’t ready on 7am

Mold in bathroom and roaches in the breakfast. Very disappointed.

Xiaohu spoke good english
Room was shabby; the carpet was really dirty.
The projector was good though everything was paid for.
The shower cabin had no glass, the lobby was very non-welcoming.
Location was excellent right opposite district 2 gate 45.

Xiaohu is the best waiter I have ever met in yiwu china, she helped me with everything and she was giving me all the services for free and guide, I really appreciate that and suggest this hotel to everyone

It was a disaster...I booked this hotel for 6 nights in a split booking through trip.com because I saw the reviews of the hotel.honestly it was a very bad experience for me and hope it might remain for me only and wouldn't affect other booking customers.i cancelled my all bookings the same time I checked in the room except one night which I stayed by force because my flight was delayed 5 hours of engine trouble from Hong Kong and checked in to the hotel after 10 pm. I checked out the next morning at 8 am
I don't want to explain my bad experience which I got from the reception and security because I didn't want to affect my reviews for other booking customers.
Thanks and appreciate trip.com to take further action to check out the next day immediately and cancel the other booking.A trusted website trip.com...thanks again .
