首先這家酒店有非常好的設計感，可見酒店方的品位很不錯。其次酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好，水龍頭淋浴頭都是配了不錯的品牌，甚至還配了箭牌的按摩馬桶。洗頭水沐浴露這些都是相當不錯。還有產品也很好，床墊的軟硬程度相當合適，而且配了羽絨枕和棉花枕兩種枕頭供客户選擇，完全是五星級的水平。

分明登記了 樓下交接的前台服務員説讓我們再下去登記一次 態度還一副我們欠他們八百萬的樣子 服務行業就是這麼招待顧客的 態度極差的説讓我們六個人全部下去登記 我請問呢我們是顧客還是你們前台工作人員是啊 不知道在理直氣壯些什麼 自己工作不交接好 酒店環境很差很臟 牆起皮發黃 設施不齊全 拖鞋什麼的當時前台也沒給 住過最噁心的酒店
