My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to China. We have stayed at many hotels throughout the world, but this hotel was one of our favorites. The staff is very accommodating, especially the Concierge, Mr. Will Liu. He was always helpful to meet our needs and to check in on previous requests. We really appreciated his daily insights and constant professionalism. Equally amazing is the housekeeping staff who always greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile, daily snacks and so sweetly decorated my room for my birthday. The gentlemen at the front entry also deserve our gratitude and recognition for being quick to assist with luggage and call the elevator for us. We really consider this hotel a must stay if you are in the area. You will find it to be clean, have friendly staff and a super convenient laundry room. Thank you, Kasion Hotel!

早餐比較豐富的酒店，性價比高，去市場看貨離市場很近可以步行，一樓禮賓小哥服務很好小餅乾好吃，房間乾淨整潔，晚上洗衣服的人比較多要排隊，不過白天和前台説了一下幫忙烘乾了衣服，服務很好。

第一次來開臣酒店，體驗到了非常好的服務，而且禮賓部可以借用很多日長能用到的東西，很是方便。第一次遇到辦理入住在頂樓的酒店，給我們印象深刻，冷飲很解渴特別好喝，早餐也很豐富，也會推薦給其他朋友。

第一來義烏看看，看着網上的評價排行，開臣國際酒店果然是服務優質，從進門就有人引導，到高效入住，每個員工都非常熱情有禮貌，酒店位置也很好，對面就是江還能散步，旁邊小區裏還有小夜市，房間也是乾淨衞生的雖然有點陳舊感，沒有任何影響體驗，頂樓還有個健身房洗衣房呢，暴汗回來衣服也能洗乾淨帶走，這價位非常nice。
