Stayed 2 days. After 1st day, we noticed the door can be opened freely not needing to use the access card! We were shocked and feedback. The replied we got is they will look into it. Not even offering to change the room for us. Then in the middle of the night they rang us and said we did not pay for the fee for the 2nd night stay. And everyone got to wake up and go to the counter and show the booking record which was from trip.com platform. Next morning, though the lady boss tried to explain it was system error, we were all frustrated by the act. Even though she refunded a night room fare as compensation, we were however unpleased with the stay.
