怎麼説呢，原本住稠州西路店那邊的全季，看這萬達店新裝修的就體驗一下，誰知道一言難盡，一開始訂了兩晚，第二天讓打掃房間到晚上發現洗漱用品沒有，拖鞋也沒有，最後先喝個茶連茶葉也不放，後面來回幾次讓前台送，也想想算了，因為房間靠近馬路有點吵，第三晚又換成了高級大床房想着換個不靠馬路的房間會好點，誰知道房間又沒有茶葉，我想知道房間退房裡麪的該有的東西不應該提前放嗎？升級的大床房也是很無語，一大桌5點多我的媽呀，樓下在拖垃圾吵了好一會，聊天的聲音就跟坐在窗邊一樣，時不時還有樓上拖椅子的聲音，😔體驗感真的很差勁，

1.訂的含早，但是到店顯示不含早餐2.客房電話多次聯繫不上前台3.晚上9點到店客房都沒有清理出來，接待能力有限4.可自助辦理，以忙為由推脱，服務能力不足，需要加強培訓
