When I first arrived at the hotel, I was really impressed. It’s a new, modern, and stylish five-star property — everything looked clean and elegant at first glance, and I thought it was a great place to stay.
However, after spending the first night, my impression changed. The housekeeping was really disappointing. After I used the bathroom, it was supposed to be cleaned the next day, but they only replaced some towels and didn’t actually clean it properly. The trash bins were not emptied, there was still rubbish on the floor, and it seemed like they didn’t even vacuum or sweep the room. It felt like the only thing they did was make the bed and leave.
I also went to the laundry room to wash some clothes, but there was no detergent or soap provided, which was quite inconvenient.
On top of that, my friend and I were two guests in the room, but they only left one bottle of water — and even that one was already half-used. For a five-star hotel, that’s completely unacceptable.
Overall, it’s not a terrible hotel, but the housekeeping and cleanliness definitely don’t match a five-star standard, and it wouldn’t be my first choice to stay again.

Wonderful hotel. New structures. Room is amazing. Toilet is wonderful. Bed is just begging you to stay in for extra 30 mins each time.
I will 10000% stay there again and again. This is my new go-to hotel in Yiwu from now on.
Many amenities nearby. No crowd. Wonderful.

New hotel located nearby trade centre.
Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with variety of local dishes. Our package included supper which is delicious. Service personnel is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

We came to Yiwu on business. We stayed at this hotel for a week. The hotel has a great location, a well-appointed area, everything is nearby. The hotel is new, everything is clean and very convenient. The breakfast is varied, you can choose for every taste. Next time we will definitely stay here.
