**"Too many things were broken—both small and major issues. The TV promotion didn’t work, the air conditioning fluctuated between hot and cold, and the window wouldn’t close properly due to poor construction. The toilet was particularly frustrating—I couldn’t find the flush button, and the Chinese-only remote control didn’t help. They changed the room. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the staff were friendlier than at other hotels."**

來義烏遊玩選了這家酒店，最驚喜的是離雞鳴閣超近！傍晚散步去看落日特別方便，晚上看完夜景回來也不用走太遠。酒店服務也很貼心，住的時候剛好有幾件衣服想洗，前台説可以幫忙清洗烘乾，第二天拿到時乾乾淨淨，太省心了。房間乾淨整潔，床睡得舒服，下次來義烏肯定還住這。

環境整潔衞生，最主要的是這個酒店的服務我感覺是真的好，因為經常帶娃出遊，住店比較多。對比下來，這裏的兩位前台小姐姐簡直就是天花板了，考慮的又周到，提前幫我準備倆娃的一些洗漱用品和水，幫我裝好。因為小孩子偏號登記兩次房間前台依舊是耐心的很，態度一直保持早餐挺不錯的，煮麪的小姐姐還能提醒我們，五星級的酒店最多喊一句麪好了這裡在用餐人比較多的情況下，小姐姐還能按時間和特點來提醒讓你知道好的麪是不是自己的。總之下次來義烏我還是會來這裏的。
