Good location, also quite clean. The hotel room has smart functions too. I didn’t quite get the hang of the heater in the room but I stayed for one night so I didn’t bother calling reception to fix it. Staff were welcoming. I’ll definitely come back if I have anything to do around the area again

房間一般，前台老闆服務態度惡劣，我入住時間是4月30日—5月3日，入住三天出現三個很無語的事情：1、咖啡廳牌子明顯寫着有咖啡有甜點，咖啡難喝就不説了，問有沒有甜點時“老闆不耐煩的説-沒有沒有”；2、讓前台給我倒一杯水，再拿一個紙杯，前台可能衹聽倒水，我看衹有水沒有給我拿紙杯，我吧枱拿一個紙杯被老闆像對小偷喊話一樣吼；3、退房當天3號過了12點我準備到房間開門拿行李退房，開不了門給前台打電話，老闆接起電話説“他們在吃飯，自己下來重新刷或者等着他們吃完再來給我來”，又打第二遍才上來給我開門。
最後到大廳我就問服務員那個男的是老闆還是服務員，那個搶着説他就是老闆，我説怎麼服務態度這麼差，他就説他們服務就是這樣的，我説難道義烏就沒有人管你們酒店的服務嗎？他説沒有人管得了他，我覺得義烏這種城市不該有這樣的服務員或者老闆，希望相關部門能給我們消費者一個義烏像對外宣傳一樣的服務態度，不要求比其他城市好，衹希望差不多過得去就好，如果需要證據請到大廳調取5月3日前台和我吵架的視頻

前台態度非常一般 不屑與人交流.
大堂咖啡廳是和酒店一起的.想喝個咖啡但工作人員在上廁所，廁所回來半天也沒過來點單還是我再次叫了一下才過來.點單的時候這個沒有那個沒有，隨後我問他什麼東西有 他回了一句衹有拿鐵而且説了一句“我不想做”.
不想做的話開什麼咖啡廳呀 直接關門好了呀.何必這麼為難的開個咖啡吧還不想做呢☺️不想上班直接別上嘍 何必上班呢😀不想開門做生意直接關門好了呀 別為難自己也別為難顧客.
