推銷會員，要是辦理的話還得下載App。
拿我的手機弄半天，都不知道弄了些什麼，明明告訴顧客自己下載好App自己註冊好就可以買。
正好我要出去辦理事件，未經我的允許很快的拍了我的身分證件正面兩張照片，說是回來給我房卡。
結果我辦理好事件回來還問我是誰。

住了這麼多次華住會 你家前台服務真是一絕 真是驚呆了 前台太能過度推銷付費會員了 已經明確拒絕過很多次了 最可笑的是 還稍微帶點威脅 我説要延時一個點 居然告訴我延不了 你辦理會員就能延 我定錯了同等價位雙床房 同樣也是告訴我 你辦會員就不用重新訂了 如果酒店老闆能看的話 你家前台的服務該好好培訓了 和那幾家同檔次的差太多太多
