We chose this small hotel because it was nearer to the caves than those in the city. The drive to the caves was an hour and a half by taxi, but it would have been better to stay in the city and drive out for the day. The hotel room was really good and very clean, but there were no meals because of the COVID and no supermarkets nearby to buy food. The room also didn't have a fridge, so you couldn't keep anything cold if you did buy. The location is on the outskirts of the town of Yishui and this is a problem as anywhere you want to go you need a taxi. The owner was very friendly and helpful but the facilities were inadequate.

這是我最噁心的一次出行旅遊的住宿了，因為本人就是從事酒店行業的，所以基本上能不點評就不點評覺得都不容易。但這次真的無法忍耐，絕對真實點評
開了一天車到達酒店後打算洗個舒服的熱水澡，半夜零點整淋浴頭剛打開過了一會突然爆炸，碎片砸到了我，我自詡皮糙肉厚的，雖然很痛但畢竟沒有劃傷受傷，但還是心驚肉跳的，一陣後怕，第一時間給前台打了電話，但一直沒有人接通，我老公就趕緊去前台説這個情況，也説砸到人了，但沒有任何態度就給了我們一張房卡，讓我們去別的屋洗澡。（從頭到尾我這個受害者都沒有見過一次工作人員也沒有，連一句賠禮道歉的態度都沒有）
到她給的一間屋裡，看着也是一間乾淨房，但打開馬桶裏麪跟糞坑炸了一樣，是我們進了這個房間，不曉得如果客人入住是什麼感覺。
到第二天12點退房（這期間沒有任何工作人員和我們溝通）退房時，我老公又提到了這件事，當時前台有好幾個人，不痛不癢地説道昨天淋浴器是我們呀，讓我們取消網上訂單，付一個50元洗滌費就好了（ps：還是沒有道歉）聽到這句話，我真的已經無力生氣了，首先她們沒有一句話道歉且連詢問我有沒有受傷都沒有，其次我要的態度從來不是賠償之類的，要的衹是一個態度，這是我命大沒有受傷，要給我砸死了呢？然後讓我取消訂單，不就是不想讓我點評嗎？我做酒店的我能不知道這種？最後一百多塊錢的房費，為了50塊錢把我命搭上，我還不至於！（我沒有聽他們的建議，直接説不需要，我就正常付我們的房費，等按金退了我就直接走了）再最後看我態度估計已經很不爽了，再不痛不癢的説了一句不好意思啊。我真的笑死了
實在忍無可忍，出門在外秉承了多一事不如少一事的態度，不要求你跟大城市的酒店服務一樣，但我在你店住宿時被砸，連正常的道歉與態度都沒有，我沒有辦法理解！最後我想提醒廣大的朋友，如果一個常用的淋浴裝置都能出現這種問題，更何況別的不常使用的電器了，更得不到重視和檢修，安全隱患太大了，現在酒店要求太低了！一家酒店的衞生環境都已經不是第一條件了，現在連安全都無法保證了！
