設施：房間內的空調噪音很大，且效果不佳，導致我整晚難以入睡。此外，電視遙控器也是壞的，無法正常使用。希望酒店能夠定期檢查和維護所有房間的設施，確保客人使用的便利性和舒適性。
衞生：入住時，我發現房間內灰塵較多，床單上有明顯污漬。衞生間也不夠乾淨，淋浴間裏有頭髮殘留
